[10.0] "The tournament to crown the first ever GHC World Heavyweight Champion needed to be incredible for the new promotion, and it somehow exceeded expectations. This tournament was absolutely incredible and packed full with some phenomenal matches. It had the best wrestlers in the world at the time, and it ended with really the perfect choice in Mitsuharu Misawa. If you needed a champion to legitimise your company and put on the greatest matches you are ever going to see, you trust Misawa. He is my pick for the greatest wrestler ever, possibly only being matched or surpassed by Bryan Danielson, and his run in this tournament and really just NOAH as a whole is what helped make the promotion my personal favorite of all time."
