[7.0] "Good big man. He has good athletic abilities, and he looks strong in the ring. I think he has proven he is best in a tag team whether it would be with Barry or Vincent. One thing I haven't seen too much of is his abilities on the mic."

[9.0] "One of the better big men in the sport. I was so happy for him when he got his chance at a "larger promotion" within ROH. Cannot wait to see what the future holds for Dutch."

[8.0] "A big man with not only the brawling skill of the legendary Big Boss Man (with whom he shares a more-than-passing physical resemblance), but also a deceptive level of agility and an uncanny ability to pull out high-flying moves and dives that would be impressive for a man half his size. Signed early in his career to a WWE developmental contract, Carr spent a couple of years wrestling in FCW under the name Bobby Dutch; after things didn't pan out in WWE he returned to the indy scene, building his reputation in both the singles and tag ranks. Over the past few years he has truly broken as part of the hugely-entertaining detective-themed tag team Team Tremendous/Tremendous Investigations Inc. with Dan Barry, which seems likely to bring him to the next level in his career."

[10.0] "Oh my god yes, yes, yes. This big man can do all sorts of crazy stuff that he never, ever should be able to do for his size. Headscissors, hurricanranas, Canadian Destroyers, and much much more, plus he's got great personality. This guy has a massive ceiling, can't wait to see more of him as he begins to break out with Team Tremendous."
