110.06.2025PapaGus8.0He was a great Tag Team worker along his brothers as "Los Hermanos Dinamita" and was also great at singles during his runs in the 2000s, where he became one really emorable Rudo character who would work well on the mic and as an in-ring technician and bloody brawler. Some very good participations in multi-man Lucha Libre Apuestas matches in his record. A character for the history books.
215.10.2020ElPolloLoco6.0He could wrestle well, but together with his brothers he often opted to showcase a different style that allowed them to work literally hundreds of dates per year all over Mexico to cash on the fame of the Hermanos Dinamita as top rudos... it wasn't a nice style, made up mostly of punching, kicking and posing, but they got over big as rudos that would give local tecnicos quite a workover. As each brother had a different on-screen personality, Universo 2000 was played up as a violent, almost bloodthirsty, wrestler who cared nothing for his rivals' wellbeing and was well ready to seriously injure them. His evil reputation got an unwanted but enormous boost when Rayo de Jalisco Jr, suffered a nearly fatal neck injury while taking his dreaded Martillo Negro piledriver, and this was later worked in an angle with Perro Aguayo, who needed to undergo neck surgery, and which was made to seem like the effect of another Martillo Negro. Universo 2000 was an absolutely hated rudo who played his part well, but his legacy is mostly that of endless kicking, punching and posing.
