[4.0] "One of the most generic, run of the mill, lackluster "superstars" ever. Are there some that are outright worse? Of course! I'd rather watch a Sylvain Grenier affair than a Great Khali match but I'd choose Gary Royal twenty times over him. I should compliment where it is due though: He had a good working punch, decent body and never seemed outright lost or a detriment to others but he also seemed not ready for tv sometimes. 3.5"
[3.0] "Possibly the weakest of La Resistance. They were split up for about a year I think and then when they rejoined briefly, that was only because they wanted to try giving Dupree a singles run of sorts, so Sylvain and Conway got paired into a jobbier version of the "Evil" Frenchmen."
[3.0] "Sylvain Grenier was your typical OVW callup from the Ruthless Aggression era, in that his ring work consisted of mainly restholds and other boring offense. His mic skills were decent, though he was never over outside of cheap heat during La Resistance."
[3.0] "Grenier worked relatively well as a tag specialist with La Resistance, but his in-ring skill wasn't quite as strong as his partners Dupree or Conway, and that combined with his mic skill made it so that he never quite caught on as a single, with either his male model or Quebec ambassador gimmicks. His time in the top levels seems well over a decade behind him, but he has remained a relatively steady fixture on the independent scene of his home province of Quebec"
[7.0] "Though he wasn't the most brilliant wrestler in the WWE, Sylvan defintiely had what it took to become a major contender for at least a midcard title. He had the look, mic skills, attitude, an build to be a legit threat. In addition he was a fairly good wrestler too. Sylvan was fairly underrated, and deserved more than what he got."
[5.0] "Wenn er sich im Ring besser entwickelt hätte oder zumindest ein stärkeres Mic-Work gebracht hätte, HÄTTE aus Grenier wirklich ein toller Wrestler werden können. Da beides aber nicht passiert ist, bleibt der Eindruck von verschenktem Potenzial."

[2.0] "Ich weiß nicht aber ohne Pat hätte man ihn wohl gleich entlassen. Eine gewisse Zeit lang war er bei La Resistance sogar gut aber das lag wohl an den Gegnern namens Benoit und Edge. Nachdem man gemerkt hat das sich keiner für ihn interessiert hat man ihn halt entlassen."
[2.0] "Er hat es geschafft noch länger langweilig zu sein als Rene Dupree. Nur, dass ich bei letzterem die Hoffnung noch nicht auf gegeben habe. Er sollte besser wieder modeln."
