[3.0] "Billy Wiles is an ECW original that few people have really heard of. Despite appearing in both of ECW's PS1 video games, his career has not been one of memorable moments. He was a backstage worker, probably more-so than a wrestler, and yet as a wrestler he wasn't terrible, in fact he was quite a solid worker with a number of good moves and did the basics well. But in the end, he didn't have that much to offer other than a to be a fair replacement if something happened to another wrestler who couldn't work or be in an opening match to warm the crowd up. He had neither a good look or much charisma, even for a heel. He appeared out of shape and didn't really have the wrestling skills or take the risks that other hardcore wrestlers did to help him overcome that. He was a generic heel with good basics & some good moves, but outside of that, he was another dime in a coin purse."
