[5.0] "All go, no show in my opinion. By that I mean as a in ring performer, he focused more on the moves, what cool spots he could come up with, and how good that he could make them look, and all the power to him...he did that great. Very few had as many moves as Elix did in his era which was that latter WCW/early TNA run. However, he didn't have the character or the personality to match all of the insane stuff that he could do in the ring. If he had that, i'd probably have rated him higher as he'd have been one of the best of all time, but he doesn't have it. And another reason why I probably won't have as high as most is because unlike others who fall in to the skillset of good in ring, but no personality, Elix was only as good as the person who was in there with him. If he didn't have the right guy in there to put his stuff where it made sense then he was up a creek without a paddle as the matches came off move after move after move after move with no rhyme or reason to do them."

[9.0] "EXTREMELY underrated wrestler who never got his fair shake as a singles wrestler both in WCW and TNA. His runs in Team Canada and Triple X were great with the cage walk in TNA being the most memorable moment of his career but he was so much more than that one moment and he should be remembered for more than that. He should've been a bigger star as he was incredibly agile and was an innovator of sorts when it came to that high flying style in the X-Division. It's unfortunate that his run was cut short when he had to retire due to personal reasons but I would love to see him do at least one more match."

[8.0] "A true pioneer for the X-Division and the Crusierweight division as a whole. Primetime has always been one of my favorite X-Division guys and a truly underrated competitor. He provided us with my personal favorite spot of all time, when he walked the steel cage like a tight rope. He also had good chemistry with the rest of Triple X and his matches were fun to watch. It's unfortunate that he never became a major player in professional wrestling, but in my eyes, he is unforgettable."

[7.0] "Very unique wrestler and a bit of a pioneer. His time in TNA was very good, and was apart of one of the greatest cage matches and greatest tag team matches of all time. He had a nice stint in WCW as a Team Canada member as well. Fairly good talker, just had a pretty funny sounding voice. Super athletic. Felt like he didn't reach what he could have in wrestling."

[9.0] "He didn't have the mic skills to break out as a single star, but Elix Skipper was an excellent cruiserweight, tag team member, and X division wrestler. Extremely underrated based on his score here."

[7.0] "I first remember seeing Skipper as one of a spate of new talent from the WCW Power Plant that started appearing on WCW Saturday Night around 1999 and 2000, where even then his athleticism stood out. His time in WCW resulted in a reign as Cruiserweight Champion as well as a short run with the short-lived Cruiserweight Tag belts with Kid Romeo. In TNA, he seemed to really come into his own as a third of Triple X alongside Christopher Daniels and Low Ki, and the trio had some great matches against America's Most Wanted (including the Turning Point cage classic, with the cagewalk Frankensteiner). Skipper was a solid talent who seemed to be at his best as part of a faction rather than on his own."

[7.0] "Elix Skipper to say the least, has a unique wrestling career. He started wrestling later on after doing kickboxing. He has had some very good tag matches with the stable Triple X (in which, compared to Chris Daniels & Low Ki, he was the weak link). But his biggest mark on professional wrestling came in the form of a tag team cage match between Triple X & America's Most Wanted, in which the losers had to split up. Known for performing a rope-walk into a top rope frankensteiner, he performed the same move on top of a 6-sided steel cage - and it was not only insane, but a now or never. Amazing. And the match was fantastic as well... however despite this amazing match and spot, he had no charisma, and his wrestling career went quiet as of 2008. A good, athletic tag team wrestler."
