[4.0] "Kid Romeo had a good look and seemed like a good prospect among the WCW Power Plant grads that did not become part of the Natural Born Thrillers. After competing in the Cruiserweight Division he was sent to NJPW for seasoning and returned to WCW to compete in the new Cruiserweight Tag division with Elix Skipper, and the two were ultimately the first to claim the Cruiserweight Tag belts at Greed before losing them to Kidman and Mysterio on Nitro in Panama City at what unfortunately would be the last night of the company's existence. After the WWE purchase Romeo spent time in HWA but never returned to WWE writ large. He did appear as an enhancement talent for TNA in its early years - teaming with Roderick Strong a number of times - but ultimately called it a career in the mid-2000s."

[6.0] "Competent performer, not much of a character but solid in the ring. Nothing especially impressive though."
