Schreckliches Übertreiben in Promos um bewusst merkwürdig zu wirken, ansonsten erster Big Spot im ECW TV als er JT Smith vom Eagles Nest gestoßen hat. Insgesamt fand ich ihn eher mit schwankender Leistung in der ECW, mal wirklich ganz gut, dann wieder sehr sloppy wirkend und schlecht im Selling. Darüber hinaus eher für Hardcore Wrestling bekannt, vor allem auch in Japan. Als Freddie Kruger hab ich nicht viel gesehen, wirkte aber eher deutlich limitierter, aber war halt auch ein Hardcore Gimmick. Trotzdem insgesamt doch oft unterhaltsam, wandelbar, zumindest durchschnittlich im Ring und besser für Hardcore Stil geeignet |

He helped make sure USWA at least stayed in business, as much as it was a struggle that eventually failed. Truly busted his ass when the business *just about totally collapsed entirely forever*. Now... i wanted to edit this because I am now seeing his tenure during the early times of ECW as The Dark Patriot. He is simply tremendous here. The Dark Patriot was a highlight of Global and helped elevate the career of The uh, Actual Patriot. But in ECW? While he is there, he's probably my favorite part. Love his bell to bell work. He's obviously not as good in the ring as he was back in the day, but no wrestler is ever as good as they were back in the day. Doug Gilbert makes up for it, when a microphone is in his hands. |
