Dutch Savage

[7.0] "dutch was a belt collector all through the northwest for a 20 year career... often a little overshadowed by the truely top level charismatic guys that would run the circuit... a very solid mid card support guy who didnt look out of place in a main event though. he was basically retired by the time I became a really passionate fan so I didnt see him live on a weekly basis. I have gone back to check out some youtube footage but that isnt the best way to know a guy. ive listend to as many shoot interviews and old time wrestling shows as I can... and of course I see his match history and his spot on the card. I felt bad he had no ratings... guys like this shouldnt be forgotten. I apologize if I have not correctly identified the right rating for him. for me a 7 is a respectable score. I only hand out 10s and 9s to guys that would be main eventing the top promotion in the country and be in the feuds we all still talk about 20 years later. looks like savage was one of them dependable vets a little promotion could count on to hold their gold... connect himself to the local crowd... develop some rivalries over time... and just do a good believable credible job of being a wrestler... so I salute him. I hope this grade does him justice."
