[6.0] "Donovan Morgan is a forgotten wrestler of the early 2000's. For most part of his career he wrestled at NOAH, but also had a small, but successfull, run at ROH. He is the creator, with Michael Modest, of Pro Wrestling Iron, where he was a booker and trainer of a new generation of wrestlers, some of them as Apollo Khan or Hook Boomberry had a run at early PWG. I've only watched his run on ROH. First of all, it last two years, 2002 and 2003, but he doesn't appeared that much, because he was mostly wrestling in Japan, so he wasn't available always. And also it was difficult to book because apparently he couldn't lose that much. But even with that, Morgan had an important role, being the first wrestler to join Christopher Daniels The Prophecy, the main heel group of the first years of the company. He made his debut at Night of Appreaciation defeating Daniels. After being defeated, Daniels offered him to join his faction, which he'll do at the end of the show after a fight with Low Ki. At Honor Invades Boston he wrestled Bryan Danielson to a time limit draw on a good match. Then teamed with Christopher Daniels to become the first ever ROH tag team champions at Unscipted. They defeated the SAT at the first round, Dick Togo & Idaka at the semis on a very good match, perhaps my favorite of the tournament, and the finals the team of Bryan Danielson and Michael Modest. Morgan's next appereance was at All Star Extravaganza, where him Daniels and Samoa Joe defeated Low Ki, Homicide and Doug Williams on a good six man tag, that was booked to put over Samoa Joe as this wrestling monster. Then wrestled the SAT at Final Battle 2002. And then he only appeared two more times in ROH. He even didn't lose the tag title, as it was Xavier who wrestled on his place, as he was in Japan. Later in the year he wrestled at a five way at Round Robin Challenge 2 and at Night of the Grudges, when he wrestled his final match defeating Steve Corino's The Group at the Losing Faction Must Disband Six Man Tag Team. Morgan can be remembered as a competent and polifacetic wrestler, with a nice mix of technical work and decent powermoves, such as fisherman suplexes. I enjoyed his singles matches in ROH. Sadly, his commitments in Japan didn't allow him to wrestle much in ROH."
