Most of these guys were scrawny dorks who got beat pillar to post by the established talent but Rusty was tipping the scales at a hefty 343lbs! Rusty's high point in the WWF was a match with Hulk Hogan that was really a set up for Miss Elizabeth to walk out and make a challenge for Randy Savage who got involved in the match kicking off their mini feud."

He's such a buffoon, truly tremendous at having the crowd laugh at him. He's on the TNT "unsung heroes" episode and is one of the highlights. The massive (hah, pun) drawback is at that spherical shape, it's an obstacle and limits everything. I'm not into all things "point and laugh" but this guy is fun to watch lose."

[6.0] "Brooks was a reliable member of the WWF's enhancement squad of the 1980s - though he didn't possess the right look to catch on as a high-level superstar of that era himself, he was a more-than-competent grappler that could be entrusted to make any of the stars look good, and this afforded him to work with many of the greats of the time. His win/loss record fared better outside the WWF and his short run as "Super Duper Mario" in ICW showed that he did indeed have the ability to connect with the crowd, as that character did get shockingly over with the kids in the audience. Brooks has also had a notable career as a trainer, with Gangrel and MVP among his most notable proteges, and he still occasionally popped up on cards into the 2010s, most recently at memorial shows dedicated to his own trainer, Boris Malenko."
