[7.0] "DATGUM! Kinda fun to watch his career unfold. On Peacock/WWE Network from the beginning, you get to see him start as enhancement talent in Mid Atlantic as "Rick(y) Harris". As he traveled the southern territories, soon was slowly morphed into "Hangman" Harris and eventually became "Black Bart". Always remaining in the upper mid card, always a threat in the tag ranks and I feel his pairing with Ron Bass was perhaps his pinnacle. Was often given plenty of promo time *ahem* plenty of YELLIN TIME! The trash compacter finish is insane. While his career in the 80's seemed like one of the more ideal territory runs: his 90's material was quite poor and tanked. In the WWF it was a near total failure loss. I must also mention the disastrous World Class "World" Champion run, he was never world champion caliber and all that did was drag that company's image down further. More or less a fan but the bad is... yuck."

[6.0] "I liked Black Bart over the years. Those who are giving poor ratings check out some of his work in the old NWA days as he was tag champ as well as Mid Atlantic champ. He is nothing spectacular, but very serviceable."
