I've only watched his work on ROH and NWA TNA on 2002 and 2003, but I know that since then he has improved a lot and has had a nice career wrestling in Japan, and I'm glad because of it. On ROH he was involved in most of the scramble matches until his departure in early 2003. Usually, Quiet Storm was one of the best on that matches, with some nice powermoves and strikes. Even if that matches involving them and the SAT were mostly botchy and sloppy spotfests, he stand out as a good wrestler. Perhaps their best work is againt Da Hit Squad, on a short match in Crowning a Champion. Also their tag team match against Bryan Danielson and Mike Modest on the tag team title tournament. This two were matches where their opponentes could carry them. Also, they worked with Konnan in those infamous matches. Then they have a little run on TNA where they face the Briscoes and they even beat AMW, but there wasn't much more. So, it's nice to hear that Quiet Storm has find success on Japan and to know that he has improved. As I said, his work in ROH is good, specially compared to the other Whipwreck students. |
