[1.0] "I honestly think he suck. Since he came from the CWC tournament, he was clearly for me the worst wrestler at that entire tournament and during the whole 205 live stuff, he showed how useless and anticarismatic he truly is. I don't even know what the fuck he is doing at AEW because I just have better shit to look at."

And when they do, sometimes they don't all come together; only some do. Something is missing, I don't know what, but something isn't there. I hope he finds "it" because when it's all clicking, he's great, nothing amazing, but great."

[6.0] "If "satisfactory" was a wrestler it would be Ariya Daivari. Not good enough to stand out, and not bad enough to stand out either, he's just someone who's very much in the average category. He's at least athletically capable enough and good enough in ring to be in the satisfactory level rather than adequate, since he can at least hold his own in multi-man matches - but he's just not someone who is interesting enough to give more investment or time to, and his character he's chosen is just pretty flat"

[6.0] "Ari Daivari's a decent wrestler, and was a pretty solid guy on 205 Live. In AEW, he's alright, but just overshadowed by the fact there's a lot of other people with better ring abilities and better gimmicks. Ari's a good fit for the Varsity Athletes, they just need to have him leave the TrustBusters behind."

Daigotsu wrote on 15.01.2023:
[5.0] "Daivari is... fine. The problem with him is that his offense is kind of boring, but at least he hits it well. But the problem is that there are tons of guys nowadays with more flash to go with good fundamentals, so having just good fundamentals like Daivari does isn't enough."

[6.0] "I liked Daivari. He was one of the few guys who had in ring psychology in 205 Live which he got to showcase when he had 10 minute singles bout. Also had some interesting moves like the goriconoclam and the hammerlock clothesline. But the drawbacks were he was a generic heel character that was kinda boring meaning I couldn't get overly invested in his matches."
KingsCrossing wrote on 05.07.2022:
[5.0] "He can be a bit dull but performs his lower card role well. He did have a few surprisingly good matches on 205 Live, particularly against August Grey, so he may be a bit better than he gets credit for. More often than not, however, I leave his matches feeling fairly unimpressed."
Ma Stump Puller wrote on 12.02.2021:
[5.0] "Better than his brother at least, but that isn't saying much. He's the job guy of the division, merely there to make other guys look good. In that respect, he's quite effective at his job. His offence is pretty weak and his gimmick is a whole load of nothing. He initially had some good hype due to the Daivari connection but that quickly faded when people seen how mediocre he is. Good finisher tho."
Damian wrote on 13.05.2020:
[3.0] "Good look but that's all the positives he has going for him. He is not even that good in the ring compared to other cruiserweights."
Shadow Explosion wrote on 05.02.2020:
[0.0] "The most bland character and wrestler on 205 Live, sure he has a good finisher, but the guy bores me to tears with his rest holds. And he's like the 5th guy with a rich dude gimmick, awful awful wrestler. And he's still on 205 Live getting a gatekeeper role that he shouldn't have, get outta here"

InactiveGuru wrote on 31.05.2018:
[7.0] "A good in ring performer who at first I thought was a bit bland but upon signing with WWE he has developed an unlikable character which is exactly what he needed. Hoping 205 Live can really show off his strength's in the future."
Tyflo wrote on 30.07.2017:
[7.0] "One of few heels on the Cruiseweight Roster, he's very competent in the ring, has a great look and pretty good on the mic, he lacks the wow factor that a lot of other cruiserweights have but makes up for it with very solid in-ring and character work. If he starts using power moves more often and more heelish tactics, he'd definitely get an 8."

[3.0] "Absolutely boring as an in-ring performer and an anchor to the Cruiserweight Division. It seriously must run in the family. You somehow make a Jack Gallagher match not entertaining? That takes talent or a lack there of."
jtsilver101 wrote on 26.11.2016:
[3.0] "he is solid in the ring, but man do i find him boring. he did alright as a filler member of the CWC, but never did i expect WWE to sign him. His work on the main roster in filler 6-man tag matches has been forgettable and his promo on RAW put me right to sleep. The evil foreigner gimmick has grown stale, and it wont work again in the cruiserweight division"

[5.0] "The younger Daivari has only recently made his WWE debut, and even on the indies, he was never especially prominent or well-known. That makes him a bit difficult to rate, so I'll have to review this score at some point down the line. From what I've seen so far, though, I feel that a middle-of-the-road 5. 0 is roughly what he deserves. Daivari isn't an especially innovative wrestler, and I've heard his style rightly described as "very WWE. " He tends to use very tried-and-true heel tactics, and while he's a fundamentally sound worker his matches fail to stand out. That said, Daivari is still young and has definite potential. He's fairly charismatic when given the chance to speak, and has a good look and facial expressions. If he's ever given a proper gimmick or an opportunity to show personality, I expect he could make the most of that. Furthermore, he's a good worker with some fun cruiserweight moves -- and that isn't enough to make him a star, but it certainly helps. I see Daivari as a work in progress, and as someone who could be built into a strong performer."
