Whether it was his groundbreaking work in ROH, his tag team chemistry in TNA with Kazarian, or being the heart and soul of early AEW behind the scenes, Daniels always delivered. His in-ring IQ, crisp technique, and storytelling ability made him a "wrestler's wrestler." The Best Moonsault Ever really was one of the best. Never needed a world title to be a legend -- the "Fallen Angel" is pure wrestling royalty. |

| 21 | 23.06.2025 | bherbert1980 | 9.0 | Christopher Daniels is one of the most respected and consistent performers in modern wrestling history. A cornerstone of the independent scene and a key figure in the rise of Ring of Honor and TNA, he helped redefine what a modern wrestler could be. His matches are technically sound, emotionally driven, and always crisp. Whether as the Fallen Angel or part of SCU, Daniels has delivered excellence across decades, leaving a legacy that younger wrestlers continue to build on. He, AJ & Joe defined TNA in its formative years (thankfully he occupied the X division and wasn't subject to Jarrett's burials) |

| 32 | 18.05.2025 | Spanky | 9.0 | Christopher Daniels is a man gifted with a genius mind for the wrestling business and was one of the most influential workers of his era. Thanks for his work and guidance over the booming independent scene of the late 90s to early 2000s we have all time great workers such as Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, CM Punk and many more. For that alone he should be respected and that's setting aside his brilliant psychology and in ring work that has withstood the test of time. At his best CD can lead a young star to a 5 star classic with ease. And not to mention he can cut excellent promos and has natural charisma. |

It's been said before, but it's true, its extremely likely that the wrestling world looks significantly different without CD. Few can lay claim to having wrestled in every major American company since the 90s, but Daniels can. Fantastic in-ring talent in both TNA and ROH, if there's any real mark against him its that he could've been a little lacking in charisma, but it's ultimately a tiny issue. As I said, incredibly underrated, and I hope he starts to get his due now that he's hanged up the boots. Long live the Fallen Angel. |

| 59 | 19.01.2025 | BigChinchompa | 8.0 | Christopher Daniels is a fascinating wrestler because had he been just a little taller and bigger he probably would've gotten more main event opportunities, or had he been younger and gotten into the scene even just 5 to 10 years later than he did at his current height. But despite that he still managed to wrestle for all 3 of the American big 3 in the 90s early in his career, and he was a key figure in 2000s TNA and ROH alongside being present at All In and AEW. He was a really solid promo and character and quite good in-ring, often putting on his best work in tag and multiman matches where he acted as the glue holding the thing together. My only real criticism of his work is that pretty much all his best matches are multiman and tag, and I can't pinpoint why but there's just not many top tier singles matches in his career I can point to. If what we saw today was the end of his career though, he certainly at least tried to add one last one. |
| 61 | 12.01.2025 | jsborts | 7.0 | Chris Daniels is one of those guys I never really got. I think he's relatively good in ring, don't get me wrong, but he has always had a bit of an awkward movement, and really the best thing about him is the style he wrestles in and how many absolutely stupid awesome spots he's done in his career. I think he's had a pretty legendary career considering his TNA and ROH runs, but there's a lot left to be desired. He has a great catalogue of matches, but outside of his AJ Styles matches and his multi-man matches, his top end catalogue is severely missing singles matches, so it feels like a bit of his career has been dependent on being a glue guy for guys who are probably better wrestlers, and he can be a really great dance partner so to speak. |

He does have a habit of drifting for a year or two at a time throughout his career. That three way though, eh? Still never been a better version of that type of match and think how many have tried. |

In his prime.... elite, now... serviceable. Overall... pretty good. |

| 76 | 09.07.2024 | OldSchoolFan3098 | 9.0 | Christopher Daniels was one of the greatest talents never to have had a significant run in WWE. His work in TNA was miles ahead of so many from his battles against and with AJ Styles to his feud with Samoa Joe and he even stole the show several times with guys like Sting. Then we saw his run in ROH which was great in itself where he was a world champion and was involved in such significant matches and moments for the company. Daniels can have any style of match and he can make anyone he works with look great. The guy has a solid resume and his matches are top notch. He also is a very good guy in the tag team division. He is so underrated in my opinion and his work stands up still to this day. |

| 84 | 14.05.2024 | gijoe | 9.0 | Hard to believe this guy is 54 AND working two jobs, emphasis on job for his in-ring work at AEW. He can still cut a mean promo even if he doesn't wrestle quite like the guys half his age (why would he - he's 10 years from earning social security). I understand those who criticize his current in-ring work, but ranking him a 6 because he wrestles like a 54 year-old seems unfair considering the reality. In an age when few guys get it, CD proves that he's an outlier, enhancing the product and making room for others to show what they've got on the big stage. Still waiting for a spicy curry man return |
