[8.0] "I have seen Karsten Beck on numerous occasions, both as an in-ring performer and as an on-screen authority character, and he was very talented, strengthening the majority of situations he was in. His initial retirement at 16 Carat Gold 2016 was very emotional, and it was very fun getting to see him any time I could after that. He had battled a brain tumour for years and was very brave. Germany and European wrestling has lost an incredible man. RIP to the König der Catcher."
