[5.0] "A great example of a wrestler who was absolutely fine and competent in the ring, but there was simply better superstars on the way and around - even in her era of the early 2010s. Nothing bad but certainly nothing to write home about, unfortunately for Rosa."

She wasn't used for in-ring much, but you could see she was putting in the time and effort to get better - just never materialized. A long tenure without a legacy. Rosa Mendes was more known for being around than for doing anything worth remembering. A decade in the business, but no real moments to show for it."

[5.0] "She definitely had the charisma, she had the looks, her in-ring work was solid in developmental territories (FCW and OVW) but fell short to the limitations and lack of proper training the women recieved at the time, her age also played a huge unfortunate part in the final years of her career, she's been an 11-year veteran but somehow never reached her full potential and unlike many Divas, she started wrestling ar a pretty much of an old age considering that the age of most of the rookie-Divas back then that had no prior wrestling experience was around 20-25 (and she was pushing 30) and these are just all the reasons that are being considered if we ignore the personal life and the drama behind the scenes that affected her career, if she was younger and would start wrestling nowdays, the potential would be limitless"

[1.0] "I really feel for Rosa as she clearly really tried to get better but it's just not for everyone. Lol I would suck at it so I'm in no position to judge. However it just never seemed to click for her and she never had constant booking to build her at all so you could never really invest in her as a performer either."

[0.0] "I hate being negative but she is one of the absolute worst female wrestler I've ever seen in my entire life. Atleast she was kinda entertaining while being a valet but she had 0 in-ring, 0 mic skill, 0 gimmick, 0 charisma. It's a miracle she stayed in WWE for such a long time."

It sounds like a lot of the gir's from the diva search contests had a hard time. I honestly wonder what she's up to now, doesn't appear to have much of an online presence."

[2.0] "As a valet she was good. As a wrestler she was horrible and needed to find a different role, and it seems like she did because she suddenly disappeared after barely wrestling in the indie circuit. Hopefully whatever she's doing now she's better at."

[6.0] "I always really enjoyed Rosa Mendes. Not especially talented as a wrestler but a great personality and she added a lot to the division."

[1.0] "The 1. 0 rating is solely because at one point before all the surgery, she was actually attractive. Other than that, she never appealed to me what so ever. Never involved in any notable storylines, no good matches, no nothing. She was very awful in the ring, and never cared to hear her talk. She was a major footnote in wrestling."

[2.0] "WWE has long had this problem of aping what other promotions do due to their creative problems at coming up with original ideas. Unfortunately WWE tends to copy the bad as much as the good and Rosa Mendes/Roucka is proof of the former. Like NJPW hired anybody touting a martial arts background during the "Inokism" phase, Rosa Mendes was hired by the WWE thanks to her martial arts background, and just like all the demotivated shoot fighters hired by NJPW Rosa Mendes turned out to be a horrible pro-wrestler. The poor woman was obviously completely lost in the ring and on the microphone: most of the time she literally had no idea what to do or say next. WWE obviously wanted her to be a huge star: proof is the amount of time she spent shuttling between the main roster and developmental (FCW) when most of other folks would have been shown the door without much cerimony. That she lasted so long in the WWE universe is proof of either how much the company believed in her or how good her connections in the office were: neither is something to be proud of."

[8.0] "I think Rosa was super underrated. Now, if you just watched her WWE work, you'd think she's just a botchy mess, and yeah, she's pretty sloppy. But, if you watched her OVW or FCW work, especially her work with Katie Lea Burchill, Aj Lee, and Savannah/Angela Fong, you would know that she could WORK. She was a gifted submission wrestler, who could flawlessly switch between submission maneuvers. She also had a great character in FCW, as she was this crazy obsessive nut who you thrash anyone in her way. Again, super underrated and criminally underutilized during her time on the main roster."

[0.0] "For as long as she's been employed, you'd think she'd have picked something... Anything... Up along the way about how to work at least a basic match. It's not enough that she's always been a hideous wrestler, but because her face looks like she's using bobby pins to pull the skin on her face back, so she's not good looking enough for eye candy, and she has absolutely no charisma whatsoever. Yet, she remains gainfully employed. An amazing world, professional wrestling is..."

[9.0] "Rosa's score here seems remotley unfair. When she was in training the first go round she was great. But years of being used mostly as a manager has left her ring work in need of a refresher, but even still she's not bad at it, as much as rusty. And as a manager she's always done just fine."

Not even sure how she managed to win 2 titles but probably was a bedroom decision and not a boardroom decision. The bedroom thing could be what has kept her from being released."

It's clear that she still, even after so many years, needs to be guided through every match -- and not a thing she does in the ring looks convincing. Some wrestlers can get away with that if their microphone skills are strong, but Rosa is an awful talker as well, with most of her promos coming off as forced and awkward. Truly, she has little redeeming value to the company."

Her voice is terrible and she's dumb so there's no place for her backstage or as a ring announcer, I think she's best suited as a jobber once the brand switch happens if not fired by then."

She's regressing , her selling moves are horrible ! She beautiful and represent the Latina of the WWE, but a latina can be more agressive than this.... She had a great style and sexiness attire but there is not enough to be a Diva ..."

[7.0] "Underrated Diva, people fail to realize she was good in developmental, where she actually competed a lot and was given chances to do more. On the main roster she never really wrestled often and when she did, it was in multi Diva matches. It is hard for her to progress like that, but overall she's charismatic and her mic skills are quite good, she's also one of the best valets in the recent memory."

[3.0] "While I don't think that Rosa deserves a 0, she hasn't ever been impressive in a match. The one in ring quality that she does possess is being able to sell finisher moves like a boss (although she is inconstant at selling normal moves). She garners some sympathy from me, because I don't like to see the same person lose all the time, but outside of that pity for her ALWAYS being a jobber, she doesn't seem very charismatic to me either, and its hard for me to get behind her."

[3.0] "Rosa Mendes is a big question mark. She has managed to escape being released for such a long time, and she hasn't improved a bit since she first started working in OVW. A lot of personality, decent on the mic, but a terrible wrestler. I won't lower my score even more because I do find her to be ok in the role of a backstage interviewer."

Lately she's been relegated to a valet role, but even then she does nothing notable. It boggles the mind reading that this woman has been with WWE since 2006; the only thing I can think of that keeps her employed with the company is her on-screen role on Total Divas."

[1.0] "While I can understand Rosa Mendes grew up having a troubling childhood (she has) I can't forgive her for being absolute rubbish in the ring. Rosa has been employed in WWE for almost 10 years (since 2006 as Milena Roucka) and this girl hasn't done ANYTHING other than being a "rabid fan" to Beth Phoenix in the crowd back in 2008, which was basically a rehash of the Trish/Mickie storyline from 2006. I can't await the day she finally gets released. Rosa? Leave, just please leave."

[7.0] "She's an odd case. She has all the technical skill in the world. I think the reason she hasn't taken off is that she's not amazingly athletic, and she can be a bit sloppy in the ring. Of course, it's hard to tell from her 7 matches a year. I'd suggest to watch more of her FCW and OVW stuff. When she showed she was good."

[2.0] "She peaked early in OVW. Ever since then, she's been a delight to look at, but absolute rubbish when it comes to anything that has to do with the sport of wrestling. Considering how hard she is to handle behind the scenes, I'm amazed her wrestling career's lasted this long. Wish she could have done something (anything! ) to make the time worthwhile. But it looks like she never will."

[2.0] "Not bad as far as looks but sorry on the mic. Did ok ring wise in FCW and OVW but has not accomplished anything since being on the WWE main roster. Most of the people that like her do so because they think she is pretty but it takes more than just eye candy to impress me."
