1823.08.2023steviecw9.0OH BABY. Trained at Atlanta's excellent WWA4 school, Heath achieved considerable success in WWE's developmental promotion FCW. He achieved four tag team title runs in WWE (plus a brief 24/7 title moment that WWE ought to have prolonged, no one was better suited to joining R-Truth and Drake Maverick than Heath Slater). Despite his title reigns, he was never presented as a truly credible opponent in WWE but found a unique ability to connect with fans despite his booking, this was true as a One Man Band, Legends Baiter, 3MB, Hottest Free Agent, Guy with Kids, etc. Unfortunately, WWE never really pulled the trigger. Heath was among the WWE COVID cuts and while he was sidelined with an injury at the worst possible time, he's proven very successful by winning the Impact World Tag Team Championships with Rhino and numerous other singles and tag titles in other independent companies. I think his presentation needs a little work, the sunglasses and tight jeans "Cool Dad" look doesn't really appeal to me personally but he's good in the ring and endlessly charming. On the microphone he can be hilarious and he can be terrifying. Like Eric Young, he could be a sympathetic babyface or he could be a nasty stable leader, either way he has more top title potential than he gets credit for. Pretty damn cool man.

2226.06.2023JessieNotMeltzy7.0Heath may not be the best performer around, but that's not what wrestling is all about. You know, I don't remember every single five star action I saw in my life, but I for sure remember the exhilarating promos of this guy. Every single stable he touched became comedy gold. He will always be remembered as one of the most iconic jobbers in the history of WWE, but, to be fair, his indy career is going pretty well.

3726.02.2023KKeanel7.0I don't follow his non-WWE career, but during and post-3MB era he played his role solid. Typical goofy Vince's character, but above low hanged average.

4823.10.2022crs2856.0Heath is average in the ring but makes his living with his charisma. Can do comedy well, gives a promo that makes you feel for him as an underdog babyface. His ring skills can be covered for in the tag division where he normally wrestles.

5011.10.2022arrancar4.0He should have switched careers after he was cut from WWE, since that's realistically the only promotion where his 'style' of character >>>>> in-ring work could work. His attempts at playing 'hype' and 'fired up' are completely underwhelming because of how it always is, since he really has nothing remotely interesting about his character apart from his West Virginian accent, but he sadly seems to think that loudly "hootin" and "hollerin" like a generic southerner is an adequate substitute for a personality. He's never been a remotely decent in-ring worker either, and unlike other ex-WWE guys who have gone to Impact or other promotions, he's shown no effort to improve is wrestling, instead being comfortable to do the absolute bare minimum as he was taught to do. He's just completely boring and a total anti-star who makes whatever promotion he works for in any relatively prominent position (in this current case, that being Impact) look low-rent and amateurish.

5420.09.2022AlDente016.0(Judging by WWE career only) Heath is okay. Very average in the ring but good at being a jobber. Social Outcasts gave him a bit of a refresh, but he gained the most in 2016 during the face turn and the contact struggle story. Many people have bad memories of this time and find it embarrassing, but I liked it - the story of children and being fired. I'm glad he won the SmackDown Tag Team belts then because he produced some really fun segments.

5919.08.2022BAILE38.0Really fun character in Impact currently and was incredibly funny in the WWE. He ended up being one of the funniest characters in WWE history for his run in 2017.

6306.07.2022joshjackal4.0I wasn't watching WWE during Heath's time there, so I can only go on what he's done in Impact...which has been pretty thoroughly underwhelming. Not BAD...just utterly and consistently forgettable. Of all the ex-WWE guys who've worked Impact the last few years, he's probably the least interesting.

7511.01.2022Sesh8.0Heath Slater has always been able to make a boring storyline interesting, like the gimmick of I Got Kid. His In-Ring was correct.

8422.05.2021Kung6.0Heath Slater was one of my favorite performers over at WWE for a few years. He was the poster child for taking chicken crap and turning it into something entertaining. Other than that, he's adequate.

9606.11.2020WrestlingStats16.0Assets: Is somewhat underrated as a tag wrestler at the highest level. Is relatively unselfish in terms of putting other talent over. Does rather well when assembled as part of a faction- - - Flaws: Is definitely better suited for a sports entertainment environment than a professional wrestling environment. Years of being an undercard wrestler have somewhat diminished his star power. Seems better suited for tag or midcard duties than as a main eventer. - - - Career Potential: Satisfactory major league tag specialist and faction member.
