[8.0] "He's still at the beginning of his journey, but you can see the progress with the naked eye both in the ring and on the mic. It's clear he's becoming more and more natural in his role. If he stays humble and works hard, he'll have a major career in WWE."

[7.0] "Lennox has improved immensely recently, displaying more to his character and his in-ring ability than just an angry DarkState member. Still some work to do, but he's performing adequately for where he is currently in his career."

[7.0] "This guy is solid in the ring, he is a natural heel, and he's able to perform with the "big guys" (nxt guys). Hope to see him succeed in the future, based on his performance by himself in Deadline 2025, he can get the job done. Hope to update this rating as I see him more as time goes on."

[0.0] "He failed without the dark state gimmick and now with it he still has not improved. NXT is so lifeless right now and it is because of people like Dion. These are your top stars and to me they are mid carders at best. NXT just a couple of years ago had Ijla, Carmelo & Bron Breakker now beside Oba and Jevon are mostly not the best."

[8.0] "Dion Lennox has been great as a member of dark state, who are genuinely brilliant in NXT, very shield esque"

[3.0] "Dion has a good look, but like a lot of PC trained talent, that's really all he has. Promo skills are non existent and he's just average in ring."

[7.0] "Say what I said about Cuttler James but take a notch down a bit, but he stlll has lots of stage presence, and that's much you can do well this early in his career, as for everything else, he still has lots of room to improve."

[5.0] "Obviously he's a good athlete but so far he feels like generic create a character. Does some nice power moves but nothing we haven't seen before. They hae been incorporating him more on television more, but I don't think he has a huge personality, so he'll need to find a more disctictive gimmick to truly stand out and gain real traction in NXT."

[4.0] "Looks like a million bucks, and has a good physique, and athleticism, hate the character and the presentation. Tough man wearing glasses, and being explosive sounds good, but he's not believable as one, one of the laziest thing to do reading books and smart comments, but it's basic. Has the potential, but needs a lot of work, but has fallen off from competition, predicting a similar trajectory to Madcap Moss, good luck and explosive but has the falling of being overshadow and doing nothing."

[6.0] "He's got potential. He's green but solid for where he is in his career. He does well with his relatively basic moveset, is clearly athletic, has a good look, and will be plenty charismatic with more experience. In the ring, he looks like a strong athletic dude that's in a fight more than he does a polished or flashy "wrestler", but there's a charm to not looking too polished and he'll likely pick up the nuances with more time. He kinda reminds me of Maven when he was coming out of Tough Enough. Part of that might be that he has a nice dropkick, but either way, he's one to keep an eye on for sure."
