[9.0] "One of the greatest wrestlers of his time. A gifted technichian to say the least, and extemely strong to match. Man had just deserved so much more in his career but never reached that true high point saddly. The one thing I can see holding him back is he didn't have as much of a character as many other wrestlers, and that's the only reason I'm being his only 9."

I can confidently say Danny is one of the greatest amateur wrestlers of all time, on the same level as Dan Gable and Aleksandr Karelin. The trophy for the best Amateur Wrestler in the NCAA is named after him. As legit as it gets and one of the greatest technicians ever."

[10.0] "Jim Ross favorite wrestler and an amateur champ before turning pro. I think he mostly stayed close to home so promoters didnt want him as world champ. Was a local legend around the oklahoma area from what i understand. His style doesnt translate well to todays highspot stuff but grading for his own era he was one of the very best."
