[1.0] "Alex Marvez is an accomplished wrestling journalist and has a career in writing that's enviable. Alas, he also has the charisma of a wet fart and the speaking skills of Officer Barbrady from South Park."

Thankfully, they eventually scaled back his appearances. But still today, whenever he shows up, he's likely detracting from the show. Seems like a good dude, but belongs nowhere near a television camera."

[2.0] "Marvez is an accomplished journalist with a rich history in sport journalism. However, his role in All Elite Wrestling obviously isn't working for him. Brought in to the company as somebody with a legitimate background in sports, his initial stint as a commentator alongside Jim Ross and Excalibur was abysmal. Nowadays, he's primarily being used as a backstage interviewer. Marvez always comes across as uncomfortable in the role he's been given in the company. His verbiage sounds scripted. For very obvious reasons, covering the NFL on Fox Sports is a lot different than being a backstage interviewer for a professional wrestling promotion."
