[2.0] "Simply terrible. I found him to be BEYOND cringe the D'Angelo family as he was a complete bathroom break. I haven't seen too many of his matches but what I have seen is him give Leon Slater the worst match of his career which is a bad look. His promo work isn't good and the stuff he's doing across NXT and TNA right now isn't working at all. He was given the ball at stand and deliver last year, and he dropped it."
[2.0] "When Stacks betrayed the D'Angelo Family, there was genuinely a real amount of hype towards his potential as a singles star. Sadly, over the past 8 months, he's completely fallen to the wayside rather than carving a distinct path. He's an obnoxious heel with zero character substance or in-ring proficiency to back it up. Maybe my rating is too harsh, because I was legitimately invested in his development at one point, but right now, I'm out."
[2.0] "I don't particularly understand how one could be trained by Glen Jacobs, of all people, & still be this painfully mediocre in-ring & brazenly unremarkable on mic. His ring work is indicative of somebody 2 years in; he constantly hesitates between spots, never emotes properly, & I was beyond-shocked when I had learned that he is this poor 7 years into it. His character is very ill-defined, with no larger criminal intentions behind his overall schtick at all; very contrived, dime-a-dozen heel work that hasn't left me with any questions about his deeper character. The fact that he gained the TNA International Title off the back of Steve Maclin is pretty bad booking by TNA."
[0.0] "While in D'Angelo Family he formed two solid tag teams with the likes of Tony and Crusifino, as a singles act he is somehow very mediocre. His recent pairing with Grace can work in the longtime, but I just don't see anything on the guy that would put him in title contention, and considering that Borne, Heights, Briggs and a returning Dempsey can wrestle in another level that the other guys don't, he is pretty much in the lowcard of NXT."
[5.0] "Channing Lorenzo is solid. Not spectacular, but solid as a talent. He can work decently in the ring and can fulfill his purpose in the match. He's still relatively new to the business. But I am never disappointed with him."
[4.0] "A complete charisma vacuum. He does things in the ring and seems to do them well but he's so bland and devoid of personality that I don't care what happens. Being trained by Kane isn't a good start. He's entering his fourth year in NXT which is generally not a good sign. He spent the first two years of his career on the indies but the he never got anywhere and then went to NXT which basically means he had to start from scratch. It's not working."
[1.0] "Stacks has, to my knowledge, not badly injured anyone in hos short career, and that is the only reason he isn't getting a zero. He's one of the most uninspiring, uninteresting, and least interesting wrestlers in a major promotion today. His in-ring work is slow, sloppy, and boring. His character work is bland, inauthentic, and annoying to the point it makes me want to stop watching whatever show I see him on. And WWE has the gall to make him TNA international champion? If nothing else has proved that the WWE TNA partnership is just for WWE to poach their talent then this should."
[8.0] "He's developing really well. His stint in TNA is doing him good, you can see progress in every area. It all comes down to his hard work and whether WWE decides to give him a real shot. It's such a shame that the D'Angelo Family fell apart. They would have even more going for them now. I really hope they get back together."
[7.0] "He was perfect in his role in the D'Angelo family loved his character work. He might be a tag wrestler and not a singles wrestler, but we need to see more of him on TV to find out. Nothing remarkable in ring but definitely above average for character work."
[3.0] "His highlight win in the NXT Heritage Cup was on a finisher that completely missed Tony D'Angelo. He wrestles like a random dude in a bar. I'm not sure why WWE has been infatuated with the 1950's nicknames and the Italian gimmicks for decades. They never work."
[7.0] "Channing Lorenzo aka Stacks is good in his role as the underboss. It's hard to gauge his trajectory because his gimmick is reliant on Tony D. He started as an underling and now they are tag partners. I don't know if they are a tag team long-term or if they will break up down the line. If they do, his character would need a reboot."
"[8.0] Yo creo, que tiene todo el talento para llegar lejos, solo le falta pulir el gimmick que poco a poco lo están haciendo más ahora que Tony d está en la cárcel."
[7.0] "I am a big fan of stacks, even though I think his ceiling is limited, especially when starting with such a unique gimmick, he's good in the ring, and he has a lot of personality."
[5.0] "As someone else has said, Channing Lorenzo has never really made much of an impression with me, and I don't really care to see him wrestle in singles matches; but he gets a 5 from me here (since he impressed me a bit last night, which is an improvement to the 4 I gave him last time). However, it also doesn't help that his finisher is trash, which is pretty much a weak kick to the opponent's jaw after rebounding off the ropes."
