[10.0] "Great character work is the first and foremost thing that stands out, he just carries himself so well and in a way that really gets you drawn in to whatever he is doing. Quietly fantastic technical wrestler too, great exchanges and switches, with a great balance of offence too. Also if he could stop selling so well that would be grand, it's basically a guarantee that I will go "Fuck I think Ethan is actually hurt" only for him to end up fine. Not sure there's anyone in wrestling who works me that often."
[7.0] "He has had excellent performances, but he is a bit in the shadow of Luke Jacobs, when they were first teaming together he was the favoured one in many fans' eyes. Unfortunately for him he got injured, and for an extremely long time. Jacobs in this time became the top cruiserweight and then transitioned to be a great heavyweight, and really shined on his own, becomimg a top guy in the European scene, compared to the promising tag work that he once was. While Allen was good as his cornerman, he was getting left behind. He has been doing fairly well since coming back, but has been hit or miss, and the hits haven't been as strong as they once was, his match at the 12 Year Anniversary show at Copper Box was the match that had the most eyes on him, and while Luke had an excellent main event, gaining the British Heavyweight Title, and Allen had a weak match against Connor Mills, which reflected quite badly on Allen since Mills has been excellent for a while, but really hit his stride recently. He is about to go for the British Tag Team Titles at Epic Encounters with Luke Jacobs, this should be great, bur will be a major test for Allen, I really hope he succeeds."
[7.0] "Solid worker who absolutely loves that brawler style of Wrestling. Not really menacing but when it comes to his in ring work and intensity it is strong. Excited what he has with Young Guns and what they can do as a team but his single potential is also really strong"
[8.0] "Heartbroken at the thought of him retiring. The Young Guns were about to become something so massive, probably the best tag team in Europe since the Aussie Open. What a shame..."
[8.0] "A very impressive young wrestler, I've seen him in tags with his partner Luke Jacobs, and even in a match against Jacobs, and every time he puts in a heck of a shift. I thought the time off for COVID might affect his development, but his return match against Kid Lykos II showed that he's still a very promising technical wrestler with a lot of scope to grow."
