El Hijo del Vikingo

[9.0] "Unique and fantastic high flyer, using one of the craziest, sickest and also high risk moveset I've seen. Sadly, Vikingo gets injured very often and we can already tell it's affecting his potential. However, the guy is still one of the great modern high flyer / luchador in the business and what he does is unreal."

[7.0] "Echoing the words of many here when I say he's a fantastic high-flyer. Can't comment on his character work because I do not speak or understand Spanish, but as far as in-ring goes, he's special. His time in AAA at the moment seems pretty stale though, he's putting on good matches but... you can just see nothing is really happening. I truly think he needs to break out of AAA and go to the next stage in order to advance his career. Lots of potential, but has done it all in AAA and needs to do something else."

[9.0] "Bro, get out of AAA and try to do better work in WWE or other great Mexican promotions! AAA does not worth your time and you only have ten years to prove yourself before you become another Aero Star!"

[9.0] "In an age where heaps of people do flashy, flippy moves; Vikingo does them better than just about anyone else. He has been able to make a name for himself & stand out because of his exceptional skill & that has translated into him creating a personality & improving on the mic. Now that WWE has acquitted AAA, it will be interesting to see how he will progress; as he is now essentially the face of the new lucha division."

[10.0] "One of the best in ring performers on the indies right now! He does crazy stuff but barely botches! This deal with WWE is really gonna help him shine so much!"

[8.0] "Great wrestler. Doesnt really have too much of an on air personality, unsure if he does more in Lucha Libre AAA. Unfortunately his risk maneuvers, while entertaining are incredibly unsafe. He always seems to get injured. Hope will tone it down a notch."

[7.0] "An incredibly talented wrestler and one of the most agile, creative wrestlers I have ever seen...but that's about it. I ranked him so highly just due to the quality of many of the matches I have seen him compete in, but I really don't get invested in Vikingo or his matches. I know there will be great flips and dives and not much more, but sometimes it's good to have a match like that."

[7.0] "Great wrestler with a lot of potential, but still very incomplete in some areas. I think ring-wise Vikingo is already one of the most outstanding wrestlers in the industry, a lot of acrobatic and enjoyable moves, incredible performer. But still lacks some character work and mic skills."

[6.0] "I don't see the hype in vikingo, i've watched a few of his matches for AAA, ROH, TNA, AEW and all of them I'm more impressed by his opponents rather than him, I see him constantly mess up while preparing for his moves like when he had his match with TARUS on a ROH PPV it took Him like 3 times to step up the ropes when running, He is extremely athletic and when he can pull them off his moves are really Impressive it just take a bit to get there, Personally out of all the luchadors of the modern era i have seen im more impressed by the likes of Bandido, Fenix, Templario, Mascara Dorada etc. I know Vikingo is still young he is not even 30 so i hope he slows the pace down and tries to focus on making his moves look smoother."

"Never knew about the guy before his AEW matches, but when i did see him, i was impressed. Even though his match with Kenny was a 'spotfest', i found it very memorable and still enjoyed it greatly. A great high-flyer with an incredible athletic ability and lots of potential. Interested to see how he'll develop in the future."

[10.0] "Every time I see this guy wrestle, I question how we belong to the same species. The things he can do in the ring put my jaw on the floor almost every time, Vikingo has the world ahead of him."

"[2.0] this man is very overrated he cant wrestle all he does is a few cool high flying moves every match and thats it he has no character and cant do anything on the mat its sad that he is the AAA mega champion like really sad"

[9.0] "Good highflyer with some technical abilities. He is very good at the lucha style. He puts on very entertaining matches. Has a great character too. Really good but needs to work on psychology."

[10.0] "The best High Flyer/Spotfest young man from the actual era. I get many people don't dig his "circus" style matches, but honestly this is just pure talent at it's finest. People need to accept this form of wrestling is what pleases the modern fans."

[5.0] "Insanely flashy and athletic but honestly, that's all I see at the moment. Sure he's only young and there's plenty of time to improve, assuming he doesn't cripple himself in the meantime with some of the crazy spots he does. He's so gifted physically that he can dial it back 50% and still be one of the best at this style, but for me he's got to start developing some psychology and selling to progress."

[6.0] "He's very talented athletically but man he needs to learn how to build a match. It's like he noone ever told him there is supposed to be logic..."

[2.0] "His selling is poor, the facials aren't there. The logic doesn't exist. too much of his moveset relies on his opponet getting into position and just waiting for long periods to receive a big athletic move. The points are purely for the athleticism and he is smooth. But the timing isn't there, the selling isn't there, the intrigue isn't there. If you've seen a few of his matches you have already seen everything he can do."

[9.0] "For sure one of the most impressive athlete of the last decade. At 25 he has given many of must-see masterpieces and I'm curious how will remain career will look like."

[10.0] "Best luchador in the world, period. Quite possibly the most impressive luchador of all time already. The fact that hes only 25 is scary for everyone else in wrestling trying to make a name for themselves"

[9.0] "Creative. Innovative moveset. I think his ring gear is too clunky and needs to change. Its almost like wrestling in a overcoat. But he is awesome."

[8.0] "One of the best highfliers I have ever seen. Always comes up with new ways to impress and I commend him for it. He has potential to be one of the all time greats."

[10.0] "A must watch and must click any time I see his name. Is perfect for AAA, glad he's getting the superstar push. Wonder how he would do in AEW or WWE"

[8.0] "El Hijo del Vikingo is the future of lucha. And I think the future is here. He has all the potential in the world and is an incredible athlete."

[10.0] "Just an absolute bonkers athlete, and easily the hottest young guy on the lucha scene going today. Watching him pull something new and crazy out every match never gets old."

[10.0] "This guy is the most exciting part of any match he is in. He can do it all. His look is fantastic, his high flying antics are unparalleled, and he puts in the work with character and charm. He is still so young, where he will be in 10 years? I have no idea but I? ll be tuning in"

[10.0] "Hijo del Vikingo is the most amazing and innovative worker in the business today. Very good for his age. An up and comer that in my opinion is the future of lucha libre. He's pretty much a local where im from so I see him live at The Crash regularly. Never ceases to amaze. Tonight he won the Crash World championship against Bandido, willie mack and Dragon Lee. Many people have noticed his potential including kenny omega and TK. Hopefully we see him soon in AEW. Great worker, high flyer with an innovative moveset. I think his gimmick and gear can be a little more viking like but aside from that amazing luchador"

[10.0] "Hijo de Vikingno is truly 1 of the best in the world today. Honestly, I hope he comes to the US and really shows the world how great he is. Going back to IMPACT to face Josh Alexander, or to AEW to go up against someone like Darby, Sammy Guevara, or Rey Fenix would guarantee an instant classic. He's damn good"

[10.0] "The best high flyer anywhere on the planet and has little competition from anyone else. He is doing things nobody should physically be able to do and is only getting better."

[8.0] "Vikingo keeps getting better and better each time I see him. Right now there is a lot of competition in lucha libre for who the best high flyer is, and he's been building a strong case to be put at the top."

[8.0] "Very great performer, always coming up with new moves, lots of exciting high flying moves too. Sky is the limit"

[8.0] "El Hijo del Vikingo is one of the guy who get my attention on this year. I really like this kid. His gimmick is pretty good and his wrestling moveset is very nice. He has plenty of good match in AAA and I felt this kid is going to be something special. I hope he get his breakout at the nearest future."
