EDIT: Clark is just there if im being honest, nothing really stood out for him."

He manages to be a very convincing powerhouse despite his more Jr heavyweight stature, and he has a great set of explosive offense. He's also kind of been trying a lot of things with the change of his style and aesthetic ever since he joined the War Dogs, and that has absolutely been a step up for him. His run in that group really seemed to make him better, his tag team with Drilla Moloney was also kinda great, and I hope he continues to do well with The Dogs in AEW."

Wheel-san was also in connors' presence but it did make clark look good, shame he never won the iwgp jr. heavyweight champion but at least he was a two time junior heavyweight tag team champ."

He is an awesome wrestler, has a great physique, great presence and look, ok promos, very very hard hitting and intense in the ring. TK trusting his stable to put on an excellent show at revolution weeks after signing says a lot. He has an excellent spear too, great strikes and grappling. As part of the dogs he has great heel aura and comes across as a guy you don't want to mess with. He's one of my favorite new signees from AEW, excellent powerhouse wrestler but lacks charisma as a singles guy."

Well, yeah he is average, works good at a stable specially aside with Kidd an Finlay, but there is not a godamn single world I would like that guy to get an title shot. Maybe he is the wrestler trained by Shibata who least learned the fundamentals that Shibata is completelly huge famous off."

[5.0] "So far Connors is the typical run-of-the-mill "angry white guy in black tights." He's got potential. He looks amazing physically, only getting better. His work rate can be sharp. He had a hardcore match with El Desperado this year which really increased his stock in my eyes. Unfortunately the rest of the time he sticks to the usual stomping around while scowling, and hasn't done anything good to set himself apart from the other American wrestlers trying to stick out in Japan. I hope he'll start selling better, put some emotions into his matches other that "rarrr I'm ANGRY" because for now he comes across as "We've got Adam Page at home.""

[8.0] "Just like Drilla I believe Clark has the skills to be successful. He needs to get his opportunity as a singles wrestler. He has great foundation as he was trained by legendary trainers like Buddy Wayne, Lance Storm, and Katsuyori Shibata. He has the look and surrounding himself with charimastic wrestlers such as Drilla and Gabe will get him the skills to take him to that next leve. Many people thought that this iteration of Bullet Club (War Dogs) was a joke. Happy they are proving them wrong. Confident he eventually will be a 9"

[7.0] "Whilst I want to give Clark Connors a higher rating, I think it's still too early in his career for such. Still, I'm rating him a 7 because Clark Connors has generally completely contrasted all my opinions of him from around a year ago (as in 2021 I think he was the fucking pits), and this is mainly because of him joining the BULLET CLUB War Dogs, where he was shown to be one of the most intense and solid tag team wrestlers in NJPW. Charisma-wise though, I still believe Clark is somewhat lacking especially when compared to Dan Moloney, but I don't believe it's too big of an issue and I'm still hoping that the BCWGs become numerous-time IWGP junior tag champs in the future."

[9.0] "A strong highlight of the current NJPW junior heavyweight division, his physicality, brutality (notable even while he works within a faction known for this quality), and explosiveness make every match of his worth watching"

WrestlingStuff wrote on 11.09.2023:
[8.0] "The overconfident country cousin of the Wardogs. From a somewhat clumsy yet strong powerhouse "rhino" to a rough, rowdy and stiff country "bandido", Connors managed to somehow tweak his cool and chill persona into a sadistically crazy brute that managed to inflict damage and frenzy through the BOSJ of this year. Even before clunging together, he and Moloney showed us some serious supposed heat before finally merging into a fully clipped gun together. Gifted athlete, extremely strong and a fast charging beast with tremendous backgrounds that helped him create his character. Cool new finisher, FREAKING BANGER of a theme and a hell of a story to tell from now on."
NEVERoverweightChampion wrote on 30.06.2023:
[7.0] "Let's see how this heel run goes, I think he has a huge potential. He has been booked to be more brutal and is protected even in his losses. For now he didn't exactly have a big singles opportunity, his last BOSJ contribution was more a way of introducing his new character and wrestling style than giving classics in singles matches, but without a doubt he'll become a big deal in the junior division."

Watch out for this dude, cuz even though I doubt he'll be in Jr title contender ship anytime soon, I promise he'll be putting on sleeper hits and having high speed fun matches."

He's still fairly green and the Young Lion system of wrestling means he can't fully showcase his match potential but from the limited format, he definitely has the physical tools to get far. Definitely keep your eyes on this guy when he gets to the main roster."

He's not a big guy but makes up for it with a calm demeanor but an explosive moveset with very limited moves. Potential is high."
