[5.0] "Smith Hart was the eldest of the Hart siblings and, unfortunately, one of the least impactful in terms of actual wrestling legacy. He wrestled primarily in Stampede Wrestling and made a few scattered appearances elsewhere, but never stood out as a top-level performer. His in-ring work was limited, and he lacked the intensity, timing, and presence that defined the better-known members of his family. Even in a territory where the Hart name meant everything, Smith was always on the periphery. He remained somewhat active behind the scenes and occasionally attached himself to Hart-related projects or family angles later in life, but rarely in ways that added anything meaningful. While it's clear he cared about the business and his family's place in it, Smith never had the skill, drive, or influence to make a real mark. Respect is due for being part of the foundation, but his contribution to wrestling as a performer was minimal"

[5.0] "Smith is certainly a character. He was not on Stampede a ton, but I do recall a few matches. I read a book on Stampede and can't recall who said it but at one point he went to a show in Germany with Smith, and he was shocked at Smiths antics. He went out into the ring goose stepping, with a fake Hitler stache and Nazi Salute wearing his boots on the wrong feet for heat. Apparently they got it from every direction including the promoter and Stu. Smith is a wildcard but you never doubted he was a tough SOB who could stretch another man with the best of them."
