[9.0] "I liked this dude until he would often give out those absurdly fast "New York 3 counts". Kept in crazy great shape over the years but was on the short side, so he made smaller dudes look reasonably sized. As time progressed, he dropped the super fast counts (that Johnny Rodz and Jose Estrada really should have openly protested) and became more reliable with his pacing. EDIT: after re-reading this, it doesn't seem praising enough. I very much so appreciated the whole of everything in regards to this referee. Only those rapid fire 3 counts hurt him. Spot on work for the era and company, something of a standard by which all others New York refs are compared to. 8.5"
