[5.0] "I could not stand this guy, but I will admit he as decent in the ring and never did anything to warrant my hatred of him. He always seemed like he was smiling an inopportune times and his facial expressions just got under my skin. Plus, he was a poor replacement for Tommy Rogers in The Fantastics during their Smoky Mountain run. They should have just been called The Fulton brothers, not stained the great name of The Fantastics with this chump stain."

[6.0] "A fairly good tag specialist, mostly known for his Fantastics work, which I'll admit first hand I'm not too versed on in the first place. I know him mostly from his AJPW material, which is still pretty solid given his record. He has a fine run as the Eagle to the Patriot as a mid-card duo that can hang with the native talent and be a convincing threat, and later on he moves into a more generalised act that probably could've done more if not for his SMW obligations. Him being in Movement as a solid third wheel to Ace and Gunn could've worked well for him but alas. Hines doesn't really enhance anyone he's with and seems to be more of a wrestler who works at the pace of his opponent, not the other way around. If he's with a lazy Mutoh, he works at that rate. If he's against a fired up Malenko duo, he's a bit more exciting. Works well as a heel but can do face work fine, albeit not as well. He's not particularly remarkable in any regard but he's a good hand that has plenty of decent to solid tag bouts under his belt. As a singles guy he seems to be pretty much unremarkable."
