[5.0] "I honestly have no clue why people are so low on Clarence Mason. I'll admit that the gimmick was awful, thanks to it being a quick pop culture bit regarding the OJ Simpson trial, but Clarence Mason wasn't that bad! I honestly have some memories of him in the Nation of Domination being one of the better parts of their early-ish run, back when they were kind of just...bad. Far as WCW goes? Blame the promotion for giving him a bag just because he was from the WWF instead of blaming Clarence for accepting said bag."
[3.0] "Did alright as another stooge in the Cornette stable and later the NOD. Later on went to WCW to manage that shitty Harlem Heat 2000 team then nothing after that AFAIK. Wasn't around long enough in the biz to get higher than 3 stars."
[2.0] "Not that great. Brought in for the Nation of Domination to be a lawyer? That's the most notable moments from his career. Not that great as a manager."
[1.0] "This character should not have existed. Made no sense. Between this & the white Bronco during WM 12, I don't get Vince's obsession with the OJ case."
[2.0] "Clarence Mason mainly existed as a pop culture reference to Johnnie Cochran, in the news at the time as OJ Simpson's lawyer. Mason had some good mannerisms, but never seemed to quite get the hang of cutting promos or serving as a ringside presence during his clients' matches. He had definite potential as a heel manager, but never quite fulfilled it."
[2.0] "One of the most easily forgettable wrestling managers of all time. He's not bad. He's not good. He's just boring and inconsequential. Why the WCW (much less the WWF) spent money to use this man as an on-air talent is something I fail to understand. Maybe he was blowing somebody backstage. In both companies. I don't know what I'm talking about anymore, but, Clarence Mason/J Biggs SUCKED!"
[1.0] "Clarence Mason sucks, he is one of the worst managers in WWF history. He never cut the promos for his clients so I'm not really sure what his purpose was. He hardly ever interfered either."
