Ace Romero has competed in Limitless Wrestling's annual Vacationland Cup tournament since its inception in 2019. In 2019, Romero came up short in the tournament finals. In 2020, he made it to the semi finals. In 2021, he fell in the tournament finals yet again. On 27.08.2022, however, "Acey Baby" had his moment when he managed to defeat Channing Thomas, Charles Mason, and Rip Byson for the 2022 Vacationland Cup. By winning the Vacationland Cup, Romero earned himself a title shot against "The Prize" Alec Price for the prestigious Limitless World Championship. On 24.09.2022, at Limitless Chasing Forever, Romero continued his successful 2022 by capturing the Limitless World Title, ending Alec Price's 315-day reign as champion in the process.
