It's harder to surprise the sophisticated fan now, wrestling has changed a lot, but Bandido is really good as an in-ring performer, able to show wow-moments, he can sell, which still is a clear problem for luchadores and he has a pretty good feel for the ring, not only showing great moves but I think being able to give the match a tone through his actions and bodywork. I don't know if he'll end up having much success in America (though he has already at least managed to become a world champion in ROH and PWG and signed with AEW), but looking at him, there's something about this guy and I think he could be one of the brightest Mexican stars on the big stage in the long run. |
