2 | 31.03.2025 | YannMY | | It was by chance that I decided to watch some of Colon's matches, notably his series of matches against Stan Hansen with the incredible Bullrope match for example that I particularly enjoyed. Having originally come to see Hansen without having been particularly interested in Colon, I quickly saw his way of constantly rallying the audience behind him, which I have to say is particularly impressive. Maybe the grade will change, but for now, given the few matches I've seen, his ways of effortlessly connecting to the crowd, as well as his brawling style and the quality of said brawls, already make him well deserving of an 8/10. |

4 | 09.06.2024 | puroraisedme | 10.0 | One of the greatest babyfaces ever. Incredible matches with Hansen, Abdullah, Funk, Flair, Invader 1, Hercules Ayala, and more. Just an unbelievable amount of charisma, really knew how to work a crowd and was also pretty great in ring too. An absolute legend in Puerto Rico who more than deserves his popularity and praise. |

At least, the only good thing I can say about him is that Carlito had way more talent than him (which usually happens with guys like Colon and Snuka) |
8 | 30.05.2023 | Giantfan1980 | 4.0 | Big fish, small pond. Hugely popular in his home country and ruled the wrestling empire there. Been plenty better works from his era. |
9 | 07.05.2023 | No One | 10.0 | The face of pro wrestling in Puerto Rico. Around there he is to that country exactly what Rikidozan was to Japan. He is a God in Puerto Rico the exact same way. He had legendary feuds, matches, was obviously the top draw, and he is a legendary promoter as well. He is also even famous among casual people in Puerto Rico who don't watch wrestling at all, proving his mainstream celebrity status in that country as well. He really is the Rikidozan of Puerto Rico. |

16 | 06.08.2022 | wrestlingisgross | 10.0 | Carlos Colon is North American pro wrestling's greatest ace and lead babyface and it's not that close for anyone else from the territorial days. |

20 | 11.04.2021 | Ma Stump Puller | 7.0 | Wasn't particularly good in the ring at any point but in Puerto Rico, Colon was royalty: the guy almost single-handedly created the wrestling boom there with his historic and bloody feuds with multiple American and international stars and made more money and sold more tickets than a good majority of talent. I'm not gonna bring in personal stuff that may or may not happened (as well as some of the shifty stuff he's done on the backend because, well, basically everyone in that era had sins to tell) but Colon as a draw was extremely effective, even if the matches were mostly bloody trash brawls. His promotion at present is a big fish in a very small pond with the Puerto Rico wrestling bubble bursting and his offspring can be described at best as "decent" with them doing only really well in Colon's own promotion. He's definitely not anything special talent wise but the guy made money: that's 90% of what wrestling is about. If you can do that well, you can be considered as pretty damn good. |

23 | 01.10.2018 | RatingsMachine | 0.0 | While undoubtedly a legend, Carlos Colon was an active participant in not only covering up a murder, but in using his television to paint a cold-blooded killer as some kind of heroic figure. To this day, the truth about the killing of Bruiser Brody is actively suppressed in Puerto Rico, and while many individuals have played a role in this, that does not mitigate the blame that lies at the feet of Colon. |
24 | 01.10.2018 | JEK 1991 | 9.0 | This man is great and is a legend of Puerto Rico. People blame this guy for Bruiser Brody's murder. I looked at this that he was successful during his career and wrestled for nearly 50 years. He had excellent feuds with Abdullah the Butcher for 20 years. This man not only was great in his homeland but in the States and Canada. The man is a wicked warrior with a scared forehead from Abdullah's blades. I liked his orange trunks he had. His sons are now following his legacy. He was also a excellent promoter. He is the best Puerto Rican wrestler ever. |
25 | 17.08.2017 | Villano VI | 9.0 | The Dusty Rhodes of Puerto Rico. You could always count on a blade job, a cartwheel, a figure four, and a crowd lathered into a frenzy. Loved his battles with Chicky Starr and Abdullah the Butcher. |
26 | 15.06.2017 | Squared Circle | 0.0 | The man has Bruiser Brody's blood on his hands, almost as much as Jose Gonzales does. Hall of Famer, really? Tell that to Brody's child. I actually liked his work as a wrestler. Solid in the ring and could work a good angle. I'm sure he was a great businessman as he had ran an excellent promotion. That changes nothing. Trash is trash. |
