[9.0] "I've only seen a few of his matches, and only 2 of his NJPW matches - and I have to say, he's a really good and skilled wrestler. It's a shame what happened, because he really had some talent. If that accident didnt happen, I wonder where he'd be today amongst his fellow young lions. Would he have been popular as Shibata and Tanahashi? All we can do is just imagine it."

[10.0] "An unbelievable well of potential gone way too soon. Fukuda has a genuine case for being one of the best wrestlers ever with just a four year career. He joined WYF as a major amateur prospect and showed out with stellar matches only months into his career, and ended up being talented enough to warrant NJPW scouting him and signing him from WYF only two years into the business. I can't imagine just how good he would've gotten had it not been for the freak accident that took his life. Rest in peace to a young master who had the whole world in his hands."
