His conditioning has also stood out, he's gettin buff! Going shirtless and everything! On top of that, Dawkins has always had great charisma.don't be tellin me the crowd dont vibe wit him. But hey, his combination of improved ability, rokk solid conditioning, and dat rizz makes him a very well-rounded performer. give the man his flowers!"

[5.0] "I think Dawkins is a fine Powerhouse and Tag Team wrestler. The problem is that he's in a tag team with someone who deserves to be pushed as a singles wrestler and who completely overshadows him. Dawkins himself is a fine wrestler. He can do power moves well, and he's a decent, if not standout wrestler. I think they should break the Profits up as it'll be the best for both of them."

[9.0] "Dawkins is one of the most complete hybrid power guys in wrestling. He moves like a cruiserweight, hits like a heavyweight, and brings a grit that gives every tag match depth. He's trimmed down, sharpened his footwork, and turned into a ring general who can carry the action. His hot tags are full-speed. His strikes land hard. His suplexes are clean. You can put him in the ring with anyone and know he's going to deliver. More importantly, Dawkins is believable. When he talks, it feels real. No forced cadence, no pretending to be something he's not. Just an authentic dude who earned his spot. He might not be the flashiest, but that's exactly why he connects with people. He doesn't have to do flips or cut catchphrase promos to stand out. He brings physicality, presence, and that rare edge of someone who knows what it feels like to be doubted and used it as fuel. Angelo Dawkins is no sidekick. He is a star in his own right. From overlooked prospect to one of the most reliable and impactful wrestlers on the roster, Dawkins proved he's ready for a solo run. And when it comes, he's going to shock a lot of people who thought they had him figured out."

[7.0] "Dawkins' rating is ridiculously low. He's Mr Consistent and his hot tag is every bit as fun as Ford's in the Street Profits. I can appreciate that he doesn't have the celing that Ford does, but I think that shouldn't take away from his rating here. If you look at the growth of each guy since SP debuted on the main roster, Dawkins has come further than Ford (albeit from a lower point). I think Dawkins has the potential to a multi-time tag champion with a new partner after Ford inevitably goes on to greater things, such is his aptitude for this particular aspect of pro wrestling. He's also come a long way on the mic. I'm an Angelo Dawkins guy."

"Dawkins took a while to get to where he is but he fits such a great spot. Sure Montez is pure athleticism, but Dawkins is super well rounded. He's been a powerhouse, he's super athletic, he can fly around if need be. He's got one of the best hot tags today and is super explosive in everything he does."
AJN7 wrote on 30.03.2025:

Uncharismatic, bland, connecting poorly with the audience, he benefits from Montez Ford's aura, and fortunately, the duo are entertaining. When he's not shouting all the way through his entrance for no reason at all, he's almost pleasant to follow. His in-ring qualities aren't bad and he's capable of producing some nice moments, especially with his stamina. Even so, it's hard not to see him as a hindrance to his team-mate's career."

Before the street profits or the almighty profits, he was a collegiate football guy who can legit double leg someone so hard that can render them into unconsciousness. He would be an unofficial heavy for Sasha Banks who was already crafted a star in the beginning. Then he carried a backpack with some 2000s non licensed music playing him to the apron in-ring. Then street profits happened, many time tag team champion, rest is history. Hard work dont stop on what you do during the moment, its throughout your lineage to improve with time. To me thats why he deserves to be in WWE. Gary Gordon was very patient, worked hard and made it to the main roster among the bright lights and glazing fans."

Anyone who claims that Dawkins is simply ok or even more egregiously deadweight is seriously missing out. His size means his style is more grounded but far from not entertaining and is very dynamic especially for his size. If his tag partner didnt have springs for legs, (or wasnt married to one of the top female wrestlers in the company, just saying) I feel that Dawkins would receive much more praise."

Because of how underrated he is, many people simply concentrate only on Montez Ford. Yet, Ford's charisma and likeability are rooted in the concept of the Street Profits, and without Angelo Dawkins, his character would not be the same. I think it is appropriate to give Angelo Dawkins a rating of 8/10 because of his charcacter and agility the ring for his size."

However, just because ? Tez catches headlines, it doesn? t mean that Dawkins is valued or less able because of it. He has very very good wrestling ability and is no slouch in terms of athletic mess. He works great from under as the contrast to a Ford hot tag - but at Money in the Bank most recently showed that he can fill that roll as well. His growth since moving from NXT to the main roster has been on par with Ford and he deserves credit for that."

This guy has been wrestling for a decade and wrestles worse than guys who have been in NXT for half the time he has. On the main roster, he's been nothing special, it's been Ford carrying the team. The second Ford breaks out as a singles star, Dawkins will be left in the dust either released or jobbing to midcarders on Main Events."

His singles matches are few and far between, but again, nothing stands out aside from the weird backpack he wore early on. After 4 years in NXT something's got to give. He is still really green in the ring too. EDIT: Dawkins finally found his niche. While Montez Ford is easily the more charismatic and athletic of their duo, Angelo Dawkins makes for a good hot tag wrestler. He's strong, has a legit wrestling background and isn't a bad athlete in his own right."

Plays off Montez well in segments, but it definitely feels like a matter of time at this point before he's cast aside in favour of launching the much better Ford's inevitable singles career. If and when that happens, barring any future improvement I sadly don't see much value in him on WWE's already oversaturated roster beyond throwing him in another tag team or having him manage Ford, but in the meantime, he's an entertaining enough and very necessary part of the Street Profits' dynamic."

He doesn't really have a gimmick, he's not a natural promo... at this point, Dawkins has no real selling point. That said, he's only 25, and he's got plenty of years to develop into a character fans can get behind. Just look at Tyler Breeze -- it took him half a decade to make it to the main roster.
