[7.0] "born in like 1921... was 50 by the time theres any tv footage of him... so we cant judge him much on what we saw... cant be judging 50 year olds who already had a 15 year career by the time we saw them was in his mid 30s before he even started wrestling... but he had a look. he had the same disease andre but instead of being a giant all over he was a giant in head and hands. he photographed amazingly well for a wrestler and became a freak attraction he did get over... promoters were happy to put their title on this guy for short runs. he was a popular attraction at the top of the card... but he was a gimmick. he couldnt homestead. he wasnt a great worker im going based on accounts ive heard in various history podcasts and by looking at the old records. im sorry if my grade is wildly off. he wouldnt have been much higher than a guy like George steele if he went to a big promotion like wwf? but in the small promotions he had a long 20+ career at the mid card level and higher. not bad"
