[8.0] "It took a while for Lashley to reach his potential, but once he did, he became one of the best powerhouse wrestlers of his era. Incredibly imposing and athletic, his in-ring work was a sight to behold because of how ferocious he appeared between the ropes. While he never became great on the mic, he could hold his own when needed, and thankfully, had enough presence and charisma to feel like a big star even without much talking."
[7.0] "7 - would have been my absolute favorite as a kid. he was brilliant in wwe but it always seemed like they limited what he could do and just treated him as a body. which, i mean...i get it. getting a little stiff in his later years, less flexible maybe. seems like his days of weekly matches is probably over. which is just fine. he can still freaking go when you need him to. another absolute pro with a career anyone would be proud of."
[8.0] "I get that you're not supposed to reference other comments in your ratings, but with an extremely accomplished guy like Lashley, there's no way in hell he should be receiving any ratings lower than a 7, especially when Stephanie McMahon and other goofs like that have 9s and 10s, with multiple paragraphs attached to them. Lashley has pretty much done it all and done it in multiple companies. He looks like a million bucks, is a solid talker, especially today, is a legitimate fighter, accomplished wrestler, and is a high level powerhouse with a really good move-set. His best character work started when he was in TNA during his Beat Down Clan days, then developed during his second WWE stint with Lio Rush, then with MVP in The Hurt Business, and that's translated to The Hurt Syndicate in AEW. He's had good to great moments for awhile now, and faced some of the biggest stars, but I always felt like certain things he's been doing the past few years, should've been done sooner given his age. Him and Brock Lesnar should've been booked as equals at certain points, given they have almost identical come-ups."
[6.0] "Bobby Lashley is a decent powerhouse, but not much more than that. His promos are okay, but he doesn't really have much charisma or presence. He has a great physique and power, but that's about it. I like his work in Hurt Syndicate because powerhouses add great dimension to tag teams, but besides that in singles matches he's kind of boring."
[8.0] "Bobby Lashley is a great man. Hard to hate him at all, even when he's a heel. He served in the United States military, is an MMA fighter, a very nice person, and incredibly strong."
[1.0] "One of the worst in ring workers i have ever seen in my life. I cannot recall even ONE good singles match hes ever had. Every time he steps into the ring its a snooze fest. I also cannot recall one single promo or anything good he has ever done. One of THEE worst EVER. His run of ECW in 2007 was horrendous, and everything since was just garbage, truly. I have nothing good to say and no good thoughts about him, ever"
[7.0] "All Mighty! Great athlete that could be something close to black Brock Lesnar, like MVP already said when he spoke about him and how he view Bobby at AEW, but the booking was never for that, even with him always being super over in each single promotion. One of the most underrated wrestlers of all time, he is pretty good, even in Bellator he kepts expressive high numbers for a pro wrestler."
[6.0] "His promo work really holds him back and it's a very good thing he has MVP in AEW to do that stuff for him. Overall I think he's fine in the ring and has a good look but isn't anything too special."
[5.0] "I think Lashley has a great look to him and can thrive in certain situations but he's not always a guy I actually enjoy watching. I think he's good for the company but not necessarily for me. That being said, I love Shelton and MVP so I tolerate Lashley a lot because of that."
[2.0] "One of the most overrated wrestlers by the companies, who gets paid way more than he actually deserves. Lashley is a boring character and a poor, clumsy wrestler. When he wins a championship, the title dies in his hands. Does anyone remember anything interesting that happened while he held the US title? When he held the WWE World Championship, the show significantly declined in quality. Big E that was used on Lashley's contract evoked emotions--some positive, some incredibly negative. But it's clearly better than Lashley, because throughout his reign, Lashley didn't evoke any emotions at all. The only thing he has is a cool monster look, and he can have a good match with a wrestler like McIntyre. But in AEW, he also has mediocre matches and gets an undeserved huge push, destroying homemade stars like Swerve Strickland. That was a big mistake by AEW. I don't understand how he can complain about his position in WWE when he was earning way more than he deserved. Many talented wrestlers never got a world title shot, even though they were far better than Lacey in every aspect of wrestling."
[9.0] "Lashley is another one of my favorites. Love this guy and his intensity in matches. His promos are shit, though he shouldn't be put in positions where he has to be the one to talk. That's why having MVP or Lio Rush is such a difference maker. You get someone who can talk, and he can do the work. He's a main event act, absolute superstar. It's sad how Laveck discarded him so quickly. He could've had that Brock Lesnar role for as long as he's been out. Why not put him there? Why not have him go against Gunther? Makes no sense to me."
[8.0] "Bobby Lashley has been one of the most well-known wrestlers of the last decade and a half. And definitely been one of the most successful. From WWE to TNA to AEW, Lashley has been very successful in his career."
[7.0] "Bobby Lashley is one of the most physically dominant wrestlers in the world. His blend of legitimate MMA background, raw power, and surprising athleticism makes him a believable monster in any promotion. Lashley has improved steadily over the years, becoming more well rounded with stronger character work and promo presence, especially during his run with The Hurt Business. In the ring he excels in explosive bursts, heavy impact offense, and pacing that makes him feel dangerous at all times. When booked as a serious threat, he comes across as one of the most credible world champions of the modern era. A legit powerhouse with proven main event presence. Continues to evolve and remains one of wrestling's most imposing stars. Night and day difference from his ECW Championship run to his most recent Almighty & Hurt Business/Syndicate runs"
"Bobby Lashley is a middle of the road performer. He's not bad in the ring, he's just very clumsy looking when he wrestles and even sells. His mic skills are not good but he's still got the look and work ethic."
[9.0] "Bobby is a intriguing case for an excellent wrestler. His wrestling is clumsy and sometimes he messes up moves, his promos leave a lot to be desired yet he comes across as an excellent tier wrestler. His presence is tremendous, he has what the youth call "aura" and gets the crowd invested in every match. He has naturally gotten over in WWE, TNA and AEW. His moveset is devastating and brings that Goldberg type excitement to his matches. The Hurt Syndicate/Business run has really elevated him."
[9.0] "Quite simply, the reason he gets the nine is because of one reason. But first, his in ring skills is great, typical heavyweight moves, you know big power moves and finishers, yeah, that's great but it's not Omega, it's entertaining. Second, mic skills are okay and his character is basically "nice guy" and it works really well because Bobbey Lashley is just a really good guy. But now we get into the main reason he gets a 9 and that is the fact that he is always super over with the audience. LA Knight got a 9 for this same reason and his promo skills got him there but Bobbey Lashley gets over because he's just a good guy and also, when he's in the ring, he mauls you to death. Everywhere he has been he has always been successful. In WWE, he had a great 2021 run and in AEW, a company that no one thought he would get over in, he got over with the audience, which surprised everyone considering that in ring work comes there first. He is a truly exceptional wrestler and it's impressive how he has found success in nearly every company he's been in."
[6.0] "Bobby Lashley is a force in professional wrestling, combining raw power with technical skill and explosive agility. He's a credible and imposing threat that excels in high-stakes matches. A true heavyweight powerhouse! His mic/character work is not always the best but he carries himself well and is a very useful asset to any roster"
[8.0] "Lashley has turned into an absolute star in the last 5 years, while he can be weak on the mic he can absolutely carry his own, let alone the incredible in-ring charisma that he has. His ring work might not be on the level of the greatest of all time, he has been one of the most entertaining powerhouses in WWE or AEW in recent memory"
[6.0] "Lashley has improved so much from his time in WWE. He has absolutely killed it in his latest TNA run, and has shown the ability to be the face of a company. He excels at portraying the monster heel who rolls over everyone, but still has an air of arrogance about him because he knows how dominant he is."
[8.0] "I love how his chiseled body makes him sell the moves, despite him having a WWE title run, I think he still hasn't wrestled with every potential he had in WWE"
[6.0] "Very interesting powerhouse with a good presence and awesome physique. He returned to WWE a little better, and it's a very solid guy to have on the roster, pretty decent. I don't think he is incredibly talented neither in the ring or on the microphone, but overall he can definitely be considered above average and a valuable asset for any company. When booked properly, Lashley looks powerful and dangerous, and an absolute credible threat."
[5.0] "There isn't much to say about Bobby Lashley. All he has to him is his physique and the evident strength that comes with it. But looks certainly aren't everything. Generic and uninspired in-ring performances, bland mic work, and no uniqueness to him. He needs to be carried by a manager to at least look intimidating."
[7.0] "The entire act around Bobby Lashley since the Hurt Business was founded probably is better than a 7, but on his own, Bobby is still lacking something that will get him to that 8+ tier. He's a less talented and less charismatic Brock Lesnar. Or a more talented, but less charismatic Brian Cage. Surrounding him with people like MVP or Lio Rush can make the act far more than the sum of its parts, so the individual rating doesn't really tell the whole story."
[8.0] "Bobby being so low is something I seriously just don't really understand, I think he's genuinely great and while he's far from the perfect wrestler and at times wasn't the best, he had enough runs where he was genuinely one of the absolute best monsters in the entire world that it MORE than makes up for the few subpar runs he had early on, Bobby is fully capable of a good to great wrestling match and has shown it on a multitude of occasions, and he was always a great heel and a believable top guy, so again I really don't get the low rating on here... 8/10."
[6.0] "His initial run during the mid 2000s wasn't great. WWE really tried to push him, but personally I felt as if he was lacking the "it" factor. He looked great, you knew he had potential in-ring, but he was just lacking in the whole character department. Hard to say if he would've imporved in the WWE if he had stuck around after his injury in 2007. Going to TNA a little while later wasn't a great move, because again... he didn't have the "it" factor and was still missing something. Few years went by, came back to TNA and really began to develop into what he is now. In-ring wise, he's fairly decent. Mic worked improved ever so slightly, but he honestly needed a mouthpiece. His voice didn't suit him at all, and charisma on the mic was still pretty lacking. Having MVP paired up with him was a great choice, as he's fantastic on the mic and Lashley can do the rest in-ring. I enjoyed his WWE title run, they presented him the right way and he looked like a badass. His final year or so with WWE wasn't great. Didn't seem like HHH and co. were too interested in making him a mainstay in the main event scene, which is pretty crazy because he definitely could've thrived there under HHH. Maybe age played a factor, who knows. Overall, Bobby Lashley turned things around and improved a lot. Made the right decision to leave wrestling when he did, grew a lot as a performer and really came back to WWE a better version that he was previously. Mic work was never great, but aside from that... very solid wrestler."
[7.0] "Lashley has a crazy good physique, real star power and a great character. He relies on being booked like a star though and in WWE that has mostly not been the case."
"During Lashleys first WWE run he was pushed too soon too fast. He was impressive in his squash matches but when he had to have more competitive matches as he worked his way up the card, you could tell he was still so green. Its clear Vince saw money in him given how Lashley was integrated into the Vince/Trump stuff and the rivalry with Vince that followed it. That is why it is so crazy to me how soon after that Lashley left WWE. Over the next decade or so Lashley matured into a decent worker. The timing was bad as by the time he was back in the WWEs good graces they had completely lost the plot with the booking. Instead of being put in a money program with Brock he was chasing around Rusevs wife. They eventually course corrected with The Hurt Business but the moment to make Lashley a mega star had passed with his botched re-introduction to WWE. Lashley still had his title runs but he still felt a level below the Roman, Seth, and the Brocks in the WWE hierarchy."
[3.0] "I never understood the few hypes around him and was really frustrated that Drew McIntyre couldn't get his title back against him back then. Impressive physique but no charisma. His in-ring is just above average and has absolutely nothing innovative about it. His promos are bland and tasteless. His facial expressions are as non-existent as his acting prowess. Watching him as a manager is just as boring as his matches. How can you not be relevant with a physique like that? I can't remember any moment or highlight of his career that impact me. Even his title wins was boring and forgettable."
[8.0] "Incredible physique with an awesome presence, I remember when he debuted in the WWE and they pushed him as the second coming of Brock Lesnar. He was fairly green but could hang well enough when he worked with guys who could carry him. He was still mildly successful in his first run as a former United States Champion and 2 time ECW Champion although it was WWE's failed attempt at ECW. His biggest moment was arguably against Umaga in the "Battle of the Billionaires" at Wrestlemania 23 where Vince McMahon was in Umaga's corner and Donald Trump was in his corner. Lashley went over and the end result was Vince being shaved bald. Shortly after that he continued to fued with McMahon before being moved over to RAW though that wouldn't last long as Lashley got "injured" and left the company a few months later. All-in-all, I think Lashley was a guy they were intending to push to the tippy top of the company but he was just so green that it was hard for fans to get behind him despite the push he was getting. From there, Lashley went to TNA and was really able to reinvent himself. He also did some mixed martial arts fighting where he was able to be another example of a pro wrestler successfully transitioning into the MMA arena. Eventually Lashley found his way back to the WWE where, at the beginning, it was kind of a mixed bag. He was portrayed well and was booked in alot of dumb fueds but he was lightyears ahead of where he was when he first broke in. He won his first WWE Championship in 2020 and you really felt like this was the Lashley they wanted to push all those years ago. He still wasn't the most charismatic but he was intense and came across as real and he had MVP as his mouthpiece and The Hurt Business as his stable. The run felt a bit hampered by the Thunderdome and COVID but that's hardly Bobby's fault and he was protected and portrayed like a monster for the vast majority of the run. He was also able to FINALLY go one-on-one with Brock Lesnar and walk away with a victory. All in all, depite his first run being somewhat disappointing, I think Lashley is an incredible talent whose a legit athlete with a legit pedigree who was able to reinvent himself and come back stronger for his second run in the company."
[9.0] "one of the best heavyweight wrestlers in his second run, very fun in the ring, and I respect him for what he has done over the years greatly, he has lots of great TV matches and lots of great indie matches as well, people here won't like him that much because he is like a 70s wrestler today but trends are temporary, class is permanent"
[7.0] "Lashley's first run in WWE was the pits. Then he went and remade himself in TNA and came back -somewhat- transformed. Had a great run with Hurt Business until Vince ruined it with bad booking. He's a lot cleaner now, he still stumbles on the mic occasionally but he's improved there, too, and damn it, he looks great. The man is just jacked and handsome and the fact that he's gotten decent in the ring means you can really put him anywhere and do anything well enough. He's not the greatest at ring or mic work but he's decent enough at everything + has the best body in wrestling which more than makes up for it. Bobby.PNG in his current entrance is genuinely funny and I feel like maybe only my group of friends pop for it every time it appears statically on screen. If he were just a bit better in the ring or a bit better on the mic I would want him to get one more world title run."
[8.0] "Bobby Lashley has had an interesting career. He has one of the craziest physiques ever. He just look like a champion. Despite his age he's as good as ever and his pairing with MVP and creating the Hurt Business has done wonders for his career after some weird storylines. He can cut a decent promo on his own and is a physical beast in the ring. His biggest flaw has been his booking."
[9.0] "I think he was always very good. His 2 reigns as wwe champion were solid. In ring he is decent and on mic he is just ok on his own but with MVP he was so entertaining to watch. Also what stands out is his ability to look like a proper main eventer. Hurt Business is one of my favourite factions of all time."
[5.0] "Impressive physique but I find Lashley quite dull to watch in the ring to the point that I can't really say I remember much of what he has done"
[8.0] "Bobby Lashley has been around for ages. One of those who still wrestle as if they are 20 years old. With his current run in the company, he has been pushed as a mega star with paper view matches with the likes of Brock Lesnar. He still delivers a fatal-looking spear and makes his moves look sharp and solid. He does slightly lack charisma on the microphone, which is why he needed MVP as a mouthpiece for a while. Plus, the Thunderdome Era worked wonders for him in more ways than one; he managed to find some comfortability with multiple title wins."
[9.0] "Everybody secretly loves the all mighty Bobbo. Russian women want him, men fear him. I think everyone would agree Bobby Lashley had a rough start in WWE, he was introduced during a transitional time of professional wrestling. If he first appeared on NXT or even one of the territories of the past, he would have been a standout mega-star without question. In terms of athleticism Lashley can hold his own, nothing too fancy but he certainly gets the job done and tries his best. His background in MMA is certainly impressive, thus making him one of the few legitimate tough guys in this world. Without a doubt his look is amazing, being carved from stone with zero body fat. Yet most people really rag on Bobbo's speaking ability. Shame on them, as Lashley is a soft-spoken man without much hostility towards life itself. Weirdly enough, he really came into his own on IMPACT, and his later WWE run has been solid. Bobbo is a lover, Bobbo is a fighter, Bobbo is a former WWE champion and superstar."
[8.0] "I remember when Lashley was getting really over before he won the WWE title in early 2021, and he is pretty good after all. Has one of the best-looking spears along with the dominator. A solid talent in the ring, but let's please forget his horrible storyline with Rusev and Lana."
[4.0] "Painfully average and completely overrated. Can't cut a promo, was terribly overexposed in 2006 (which greatly lowers my grade) and desperately needed MVP to be good (which shows you how great of a personality MVP is)"
[8.0] "My first real exposure to Lashley was his dominant run winning all the singles titles IMPACT and I've been a big fan ever since. Sure his first run with WWE was mostly crap but I think Lashley's been booked fairly well since he's returned to the Fed."
[6.0] "While I liked his Impact/Indy run I was never a big fan of his WWE work. That's obviously what hes most well known for working. Hes had great matches with the likes of Drew Macintyre, Seth Rollins and Eddie Edwards just to name a few wrestlers hes worked great matches with everywhere. But Bobby's really never been nothing more then a passable talent in WWE in my eyes. Dudes solid, creative just gotta do somthing with him."
[3.0] "I don't really dislike Lashley, I just hate that has been world-champion material in every company he's worked for when he clearly isn't world-champion material."
[6.0] "I have NEVER, EVER, been into Bobby Lashley. I didn't miss him at all when he was gone, and I was not excited once he returned, nor did I enjoy any of his runs as a champion in WWE (with his U.S run being his best admittedly). He is just a generic meat-head for me. Don't get me wrong, I understand that he is super athletic and a good wrestler, but he has boring moves and worst of all, Bobby has absolutely zero personality, so I have never been able to connect. His best run was under MVP, they should form again after the WWE Draft."
[9.0] "Great, 2nd part of his career especially hes stepped up to a whole new level in wwe and Tna, all hes really missing is promo but hes better than he was in his 1st run"
[7.0] "I love his look but in truth that's about all he has going for him. His promo work has always been pretty poor and he's not got much of a move set in ring."
[8.0] "Lashley is underrated. His first run in WWE he was pushed way too quickly. He did not fit the role WWE was trying to force him into over more polished stars like Punk on ECW. In TNA he developed into a true star who could fill just about any upper mid role on a roster. He still shines more as a heel but can work face well. His second WWE run has been much more successful than the first and he has been booked well for the most part. Just wish I could forget the Sami Zayn and Omos feud."
[9.0] "An incredible athlete, a consistent worker, and someone who's second run in WWE far exceeds his first. In the WWECW era, Bobby wasn't as dynamic and charismatic, it seems like his time in TNA and competing in combat sports really gave him the time to refine what makes him HIM. And we love him for it."
[9.0] "The best wrestlers of the Thunder Doom era. He is one of the rare wrestlers with Brock Lesnar to have such great intensity in his matches. Every one of his punches and moves seems to hurt."
[8.0] "Very good wrestler for his size and had real potential to be next big guy in WWE with Cena and Batista but left during his peak. All he lacked was charisma but placing him with MVP was his best move yet. TNA Lashley was HIM"
[6.0] "Lashley took quite a while to find his feet as a wrestler and was overpushed way too early. He's a great powerhouse, he'll never put on 20 minute clinics but someone like him should never be used for that. Physically great but he does definitely need a manager to do his promos. Finally deep into his 40's he's doing some good work."
[10.0] "Original comment (04.07.2017): Lashley has been fantastic in the past 3-4 years. He is finally the guy Vince wanted him to be 12 years ago. Update: And he got even better! He is firing on all cylinders, he a strong 10 right now."
[8.0] "i can't lie i wasn't sold on Lashley up until about 2020, but ever since then he's been easily one of the best parts of WWE, man is 46 and only just in his prime, consistently putting on a great show"
[8.0] "Bobby is undoubtedly one of the most important talents in the WWE today and thanks to his gimmick he has been able to reinvent himself, it is a source of pride for me, because the truth is, he has always looked like a world champion and to stand out."
[7.0] "I believe that without MVP, his promos are lacking a bit, although he certainly has shown growth in that field. If you take one look at him you already know the type of specimen, he is a great powerhouse."
[10.0] "Two words describe Bobby -- all man. Guy is a physical specimen. Has a very physically imposing presence to him. Very disciplined. Powerful as all get out. As believable as they come. Also a guy who is very soft spoken on the microphone, but catches your attention because of how he looks, and what he's capable of doing to you when he gets his hands on you. Definitely the kind of guy who you build a company and/or show around. The kind of guy you make your world champion. And the kind of guy that you protect at all cost when he's on your roster."
[9.0] "So glad he finally got that WWE Championship run. Ever since then it has just been banger after banger after banger. The face run is going surprisingly well for him right now, so I ain? t complaining."
[9.0] "One of the best wrestlers WWE has right now and a man which in-ring work and mic skill have been tremendously improved. Did a very good impression during his first tenure in WWE, looked like an unstoppable force in IMPACT, had a great WWE title run and now he receives one of the loudest reactions of the night when showing up on the ramp. I just love Bobby's work and it's nice to see, how much this man improved throughout his career."
[6.0] "Not a great speaker but his ring work is decent and his raw strength and athleticism is off the roof. Long career and even though he is 45+, he is still going strong."
[7.0] "Bobby Lashley was the male MVP of 2021 last year. Seriously, that run alone finally sold me on this guy. He's really good in the ring for someone his size, and he's surprisingly really over with crowds too. Good on Lashley for finally breaking out in WWE!"
[8.0] "A natural babyface with amazing look and decent in-ring skills that is legit and looks the part too. How can you not root for this guy when he walks out with his natural charisma that makes him feel and look like a superhero and exudes this powerful aura. He's not great on the mic but you don't need to talk much when you have that physique and charisma, and he's best with a Heyman by his side. Is he world title tier? maybe. But he's a definitely a legit threat to the champion."
[9.0] "Bobby Lashley isn't gonna give you a 25 minute 5 star classic, nor is he gonna give you a 15 minute sprint with hundreds of flashy moves, but he is one of the most underrated guys at this moment in time. He has got a 10/10 look, he has finally found that charisma that he lacked in prior years and whilst his stamina isn't the best (what would you expect from a 46 year old), he can have short and entertaining matches that keep you glued to the screen for it's entirety."
[9.0] "One of the best and biggest stars of his era. Of course, I'm not speaking on his initial run up to 2010. When he came back in 2014, he found himself and by 2017, Lashley was on another level. Finding a natural charisma, Lashley was the face of IMPACT for a bit, putting in high level work with an unforgettable title reign."
[9.0] "Lashley has been underrated throughout his career. Even in his initial run, while he was far from a complete package, people tended to overlook how good his matches with guys like Finlay and John Cena were. At that stage I probably would have given him about a 7/10 as a prospect with a lot of potential. In recent years he has clearly developed in to a much stronger overall wrestler. The only thing stopping him from being a 10 is that he struggles on the microphone, but this is easy to work around when he's paired with strong managers like MVP."
[8.0] "Bobby Lashley is a fantastic wrestler. He's been booked so well that even when he lost the WWE Championship he was still a top caliber talent capable of taking that title back whenever he damn well felt. Some credit goes to MVP, but it's mainly on Lashley: his intensity, his presence in the ring, his domineering look, this man is just a force in the ring. Yeah, he's doesn't do shooting star presses but he doesn't need to. Now, on his own and away from the Hurt Business and MVP, I think he still has more to prove. I honestly think that outside of Lesnar, there's no one as legit as Lashley in the WWE."
[8.0] "He's way better than before. He looks legitimate and has star power. I never really like him during his ECW World title run but he improved over the years. His rivalry with Brock Lesnar was great. His work in Impact was amazing too. Ever since MVP turned on him, he's showing signs of improvement on the microphone."
[8.0] "Even with Raw being in a poor shape for much of his reign as WWE champion, it's highlights always included Lashley and THB. The All Mighty was a fighting champion without a doubt, who dominated all challengers. It was refreshing to see a champion who could just beat the absolute fuck out of his opponents and look believable doing it. These last two years have proven to be something of a career renaissance for Lashley."
[10.0] "Easily, EASILY my favorite guy on Raw right now. He's been phenomenal ever since he got out of that dogwater feud with Rusev and the Hurt Business came along. This guy can and should legitimately and easily be the next Brock Lesnar - MMA background, freak athlete, great manager with MVP, I say push this man to the MOON."
[9.0] "magnificent athlete, very good powerhouse wrestler. Since his association with MVP he seems untouchable. I can't wait to see him face Brock Lesnar one-on-one."
[9.0] "This man is the best of raw 2020, since joined with mvp he has evolved into a true monster as he was supposed to be because Bobby lashley is such an amazing underrated performer, although he might not be the most sounding technical performer the man made Goldberg look like a million bucks and that's a real talent, but 1 point short because of his mic ability."
[9.0] "Amazing athlete after his WWE release, his TNA, MMA and Mexico run made him a lot better and since his return he has delivered a lot of great matches."
[7.0] "Lashley is very good at what he does. He has a fantastic look, and has an awesome arsenal of power moves. He's a decent seller though his facials are not great. His main weakness is his promo ability. He struggles to construe sentences that make sense and his delivery is very awkward. Thankfully WWE paired him with a fantastic talker in MVP to cover for that somewhat. He's nearly a complete package, but there are a few loose ends and it's probably too late in his career to attempt fixing them."
[8.0] "A guy who was pushed too hard too fast too poorly and flopped for it. Vince clearly saw Lashley as his next Lesnar, but he just couldn't get to that level with what they were giving him (a really forced push in ECW, some bad promos that really killed his aura, and being lumped into the Vince/Trump feud at Mania). He left and over the years did some indies, a bit of Japan, MMA, and eventually landed himself in TNA. Lashley's mid-10s TNA run is where he finally found himself, becoming a physical force that can really go in the ring. His matches with guys like Roode, Edwards, and Galloway were always bangers, and he had solid matches with most of the roster during his time there. He went straight from Impact back to WWE and after a bit of a rocky start with different weird angles and poor feuds, he managed to find his footing again with MVP & The Hurt Business. Once again he worked really well with Drew, and his recent work with Big E has shined as well. He's even become a better promo over time, in spite of his lisp. It took over a decade, but Lashley is in the spot Vince wanted him to be, and he is thriving. A great comeback story."
[8.0] "Being paired with MVP has elevated Bobby Lashley? s career to the next level, finally giving him his time in the sun. He looks like a Greek god out there, and his in-ring work is legitimately underrated. He? s okay on the mic by himself, but MVP is a great manager for him. Just wish they wouldn? t have split up the Hurt Business."
[8.0] "Good worker. Improved over the years, had great matches in impact in his last run there. Got pushed too early in wwe ten years ago and that run left kind of a bitter taste. This run might end up being disastrous if he isn't booked well, but nobody is booked well today. He should have been the one to challenge and dethrone Brock at summerslam.. Edit: Pairing him with MVP and creating the Hurt Business stable was one of the best things to happen in his wwe career. He has been pretty solid as the wwe champion so far. I believe that breaking up the Hirt Business was a huge mistake and another example of poor wwe booking in 2021. Keeping them together would elevate his title reign."
[9.0] "One of the few guys in the WWE right now that is believable as world champion, even if his feud with McIntyre has gotten really dull now he had good matches with him. He's matured as a performer since 2005 and for the better. Lashley vs Lesnar is the big money match WWE has yet to capitalise on and it would be a shame if they don't."
[7.0] "The most impressive thing about Bobby Lashley is undoubtedly his size and build, especially at his current age. In ring, he's serviceable, as he's always been. He is a very believable dominant champion and his matches are fine. I wish they'd let him wrestle some competitive matches with smaller wrestlers, which is where I feel his in-ring skills would truly shine. I actually think his promo game has vastly improved in the last year compared to the rest of his career- this is partly due to letting MVP do most of the talking, but he can be intimidating when he does say things on his own. Lashley is someone who's always had the potential to be a top guy and now he's finally made it."
[8.0] "Bobby Lashley has improved vastly. He used to be a decent midcarder in WWE, kind of spiked up in skill in IMPACT, and has finally found his time in WWE. He's a great World Champion right now, and having MVP to cover his promos helps him out by a longshot. Only reason he doesn't have a ten is because he can't cut a promo and isn't the greatest wrestler."
MVP steht ihm an seiner Seite unglaublich gut.
[8.0] "I was wondering why his rating was so low in 2020 (5. 8-5. 9), although he is not charismatic, he is still a good powerhouse. Now he earned the WWE championship, his strength, effort and insistance got paid, he deserved a score of 8, the rest 2 points is due to his bad promo and over? toughed moves."
[7.0] "He's athletic and one of the more believable badass tough guys. It's tough rate him though. He's good in the ring but not great and sometimes underwhelms in big moments. However, his character work, especially as a heel has always been impressive. He's one of those guys though that should never be a babyface because it can be brutal at times in that role. His Impact and WWE work have been solid. The impressive thing is that he's doing his best work right now. In his mid 40's it has all come together for a great run. However, he has so much mediocre work behind him I can't look past that and it halts the rating a bit for me."
[8.0] "Bobby lashley is great for what he is supposed to be. An absolute menace in the ring. So happy he is finally having his time to shine this year. Only things that pull down are lack of variety and subpar mic skills."
[9.0] "Lashley is a bad a**. Believe able, and one of the few superstars in wwe that is actually ? cool? . Not a geek like everyone else and whoops a** too. Obviously not an amazing promo but still an awesome champion. Moves well for his size and age too."
[10.0] "Most believable, badass mfer in pro wrestling. Dude has a legit, impressive MMA background. Him and MVP are basically a full-time version of Lesnar and Heyman. Thank goodness WWE is finally booking him right."
[8.0] "I don't get why Bobby Lashley has got such an average rating on here, he's an absolute beast, decent on the mic, and simply a workhorse in the ring. Loving his current work in WWE, he proved himself as a main eventer."
[8.0] "The man is a beast, and a legit tough guy. Alongside Lesnar, he is the most convincing looking champion of the last 10 years and one of the most convincing of all time. He can pull off an array of power moves, has amazing agility for a man his size, and due to his strong amateur wrestling background is a solid technician when needed. His two weak points are his average mic skills, and---despite his massive and chiselled frame---not quite having the ring presence of a Lesnar or Goldberg. That said these are minor gripes, the man is a fantastic pro wrestler and thoroughly deserving of his current (albeit belated) push to the top of the card."
[8.0] "absolute beast in impact absolutely deserved the wwe title love what they are doing with him in the hurt business fantastic powerhouse he has improved alot in ring over the years and alright on the mic"
[9.0] "I don't have a lot of memories if his run in WWE/ECW but he's absolutely been killing in TNA this year. His matches with Galloway and now his multi-title run with World, KOTM & X-Division titles. Pretty incredible for a man at 39 to be peaking like this. Add this to two previous TNA World Championship reigns and WWE US title & ECW World Championship reigns and he's had a lot of success. UPDATE: though his return to WWE has been fairly disappointing, he did capture the IC Championship twice and has had some fun moments despite booking that really waters him down. It's encouraging to see the recent tear he is on, even if he only flirts with the main event I think he could offer RAW the kind of credible heel that the WWE title feuds require. Update #2: bumping from 8 to 9 as in addition to putting on a tremendous run and getting more over than ever before, he is enjoying a historic reign as WWE Champion. Well deserved."
[10.0] "Jesus man, sucks to see Lashley with just a 5. 92 on this site, dude deserves much more love. He was still pretty good in his first run in WWE, though he was often kind of boring. That changed completely though when he went to TNA and did some great work work, and right now he's currently 44 years old and on the greatest run of his career. He deserves more recognition for that, Lashley is a beast. My true rating would be 8/10, but i'm giving him a 10 because he deserves better than a 5. 92"
[8.0] "Bobby Lashley is really good. His first run in WWE was mediocre since he wasn't ready to wrestle and didn't do anything noteworthy. However, he began to improve himself through his TNA years and became pretty good. Now he's flourishing in his second run in WWE and he's one of the best parts on RAW with the Hurt Business. Bobby Lashley is the ALMIGHTY!"
[8.0] "Lashley had a rough start because he was thrown onto WWE TV greener than snake shit and with less than a year of pro wrestling training, not to mention the ire he drew from the IWC by essentially taking CM Punk's spot as ECW champion even though that was of course not under his control. After his time in Japan and the indies, Lashley showed how good he could really be during his second TNA run, with a great "belt collector" storyline and having certified bangers against guys like Drew Galloway, Eddie Edwards, Austin Aries, and Robert Roode. And then once WWE realized how great he had gotten, they brought him back, but of course because it's WWE they gave him shit gimmicks and storylines, like pointing to his ass as part of his entrance and the entire Lana debacle. But then thankfully the stars aligned and we got The Hurt Business, and Lashley had the perfect combination of a great look, good in-ring skills, an awesome gimmick, and a fantastic manager. All Bobby needed was time. If he had been given an extra year or two in development before debuting, he would've been a world-class Brock Lesnar-esque beefy boi superstar in the WWE, and he wouldn't have spent the better part of a decade floundering in the deep end before finally learning how to swim. I am all in on his current push and glad to see he's getting what he deserves."
[8.0] "I remember this guy from late-2005 SmackDown, and thought it would be great to have him become a major star. While that was worked since then, it came to a halt in 2007, and such a halt laster over ten years which made me really sad. He came back, and had patience and finally gets the WWE Championship. I do understand his position as a powerhouse. In that regard, he does his job quite well. I do appreciate his Last Man Standing match against Braun Strowman and his recent bout with Drew McIntyre in mid-2020. His association with MVP (and the Hurt Business overall) has been magnificent, one of the best factions in recent years."
[8.0] "He got two emotions: raging bull angry and confused. Wonderful. Has improved greatly through his time in TNA and this has given dividends for Lashley especially as his middling second WWE run has gotten a breath of life thanks to the serious aura of MVP and the Hurt Business. Glad to see him finally move onto the main event scene."
[8.0] "A decent big man. Never really had it on the mic but his in ring work has improved over the course of his career. I wasn't a fan of him and Lio Rush together, however I have really enjoyed his recent stuff with MVP and the rest of the Hurt Business."
[8.0] "Him being in the Hurt Business is money. If Lashley defended his title more and improved his mic work, he can be a solid 9, for now I think an 8 is well deserved,"
[8.0] "He would be a 10 for me if the WWE would stop putting a microphone in front of this guys face smh. He is the perfect candidate for a Paul Heyman type manager. He looks so uncomfortable when he? s talking that it makes me uncomfortable watching it. However, in the ring, this man can go with the best of them and I highly recommend going back to his first wwe run and watching his matches"
[7.0] "Lashley is currently being built as a monster and is the current United States champion. He has not done anything meaningful since his match with Mcyntire. Wwe gave him the US title but he has not done nothing with it only defending it twice against slapjack and Apollo. Lashley needs to lose the US title and win a world title to completely elevate Lashley into stardom"
[9.0] "The C. E. O. of The Hurt Business is the best work Lashley has done in his career. He is a top heel/face right now and is a great in-ring performer. He is a good character worker and has some good storylines"
[8.0] "Pros: Lashley plays a fantastic dominant heel and has proven that he can be the top guy in any company in that role. He became a very good wrestler with charisma after showing quite the opposite in prior runs. Lashley from 2014-2015 is good, but in 2016 he evolves into something more. Cons: His babyface runs are lacking. Lashley works the best as a cocky, dominant, heel. He doesn't quite have babyface charisma or any qualities at all really. He also doesn't need them."
[8.0] "Personally Bobby Lashley has so much going for him right now, really nice look, damn fine in the ring, and a great manager to help him out with the one thing that is lacking from him which is charisma. But whilst he is lacking in charisma for talking, in-ring his charisma is through the roof, he always ends up looking amazing even in defeat and his enemies look great as well. He isn't perfect but Lashley entertains me every time I see him on TV."
[7.0] "Improved a TON since his initial WWE/ECW run. His mic skills have always been meh, but the guy can work a good match with the right person, he's got a great look, and I have to give him props for dealing with some pretty terrible angles on his part."
[5.0] "I was told he had improved since his initial run in WWE but after seeing some of his TNA work and his return to WWE, I'm going to have to respectfully disagree."
[6.0] "Lashley has maybe the worst mic skills that I've ever seen, but he's solid in the ring. There's nothing particularly great or flashy about his work, but he doesn't suck."
[7.0] "A guy who I feel like Vince dropped the ball on. He was so much better in TNA. It seemed like they found something with Lio as his manager, but then they turned it into Lashley pointing at his ass & it quickly got stupid. I do recognize that Lashley is not the best in the ring, but I think there's a lot of potential that is not being tapped into. I'm still interested to see a bigtime program between Lashley & Brock, but with how both guys are bulls in china shops, perhaps it's best to forego that one for all our sakes."
[1.0] "Just a packed up body and that is it. He is a very boring as wrestler and just as bad on promos. I have rarely seen Bobby have a decent match or doing something interesting. And most importantly i have to say that he has no charisma at all, he can never catch the attention of the audience. Just a lame gimmick with no wrestling skills at all."
[4.0] "Now, I don't know why Vince looked at Bobby and said "Alright, now that's a monster heel! " It makes me wonder, did Vinny Mac hear his baby voice? He can't and shouldn't be passed off as a monster heel! There's another thing, that smile of his throws off everyone. The mega wad smile may fit with a happy go lucky Bobby but, it just doesn't work! I will say his in ring work is really good, and last Monday with him appearing on the titantron did actually give some good meme ideas."
[8.0] "Underrated as sin, Bobby Lashley is a great Powerhouse, although limited on the mic and character, the man's only gotten better with age like fine wine, also has one of the best spears in the business."
[3.0] "One of the most boring wrestlers I've ever seen. Obviously his physical impresses, he is a genetic monster, but is too limited in the ring and a bucket has more charisma than him."
[6.0] "Acceptable (not as good as other commenters are saying, it must be said) worker. Terrible on the mic. Much better as a face than a heel. Veteran of the industry. Respected by many. Not much more to say on Lashley to be honest."
[6.0] "Bobby Lashley didn't click when he was given his main event push in WWE in 2007; he lacked the required charisma for the position he was being put in. Consequently, he's never been given his due as a worker. Bobby wasn't great, but he was solid, and he could be carried to a great match if he was in the ring with someone who could work around his limitations."
[4.0] "Bob's pretty good, his TNA run was very good and a high point for a company that was on the verge of collapse. For all that new experience though he still drops Big "Cazz" on his fucking head at GRR. That shit was funnier than Titus Worldslide. Anyway, he can have a good match with the right guy/good muscle in multimans. The impending Elias Bob match is gonna make me wanna rip my eyes out. 4/10"
[8.0] "Lashley is an extremely talented wrestler that unfortunately bloomed late into his life. Right now will prove to be the most trying time of his career, as he enters an extremely stacked WWE roster that already has an issue building their existing wrestlers, much less someone who last appeared a decade ago. I hope Lashley succeeds, as he is a great talent, but it will be an uphill battle"
[8.0] "It is amazing how much this guy has improved since leaving WWE. Lashley has become a pretty good power wrestler and turned into a decent story teller now that his "green" days are over. Probably the best thing about Lashley is that he actually carries himself as a star."
[7.0] "Ok, he's not that good, but he is very entertaining and his match are rarely bad. Lashley could have been a world champion in WWE, thanks to his size, and is now dominating Impact Wrestling, where he has developed good charisma and mic skills."
[10.0] "I was always a fan of Lashley. To me he was a pretty solid worker in WWE, it's just he was overpushed. It was when he went to TNA and became heel where he showed how great he could really be and I'm not talking about in 2014, he was great back in 2009 when Krystal was his mouthpiece and 2014 he just further established what I saw in him for years when many were skeptical about him hold the TNA title at that time. He has definitely become a great performer now, sucks not many people will see this due to him being in a company that has a bad rep."
[8.0] "Lashley has grown tremendously. When I first watched him years ago he was pretty average, but now he's a pretty good wrestler and a pretty good promo as well. As someone else already said, NOW he's the wrestler Vinnie Mac wanted him to be 10 years ago"
[2.0] "One of my least favorite WWE/F characters ever. His work was not terrible but not good at all, mostly very bland. Large, ripped and even though he isn't as athletic as he was portrayed, he is still fairly athletic. No promo skills to speak of. He was just a giant muscle with a face really, and has to be the single least charismatic wrestler I have ever seen. The only thing I ever got from Lashely was a sleeping aid. I will say that I have NOT watched his TNA stuff, I stopped watching TNA in 2010 or so and never looked back. At some point I will try to watch him there and will adjust my rating if I think he has improved."
[8.0] "Bobby Lashley is really good, on promos, and big giving the big match feel. My only problem with him is he I think he needs the right dance partner to do something great. He is has had rised to a high level in his current TNA run."
[9.0] "Damn, this guy is really good, his reign of terror on TNA is awesome to see. He improved mic and ring skill and know exactly how to be a monster heel."
= 8 Punkte"
[9.0] "1/7/16 Lashley really is a wrestler that has excelled in TNA. His title reign in 2014 was very enjoyable as he was finally booked as he should be: as a dominant monster. Since losing the title, he has began to tread water, but that does not take away from his underrated ability. 8/10 1/9/17 One year later from my last review and Lashley has improved beyond what I wrote. Not only has he been the MVP of TNA in the last year in terms of in ring quality, but he has also developed a persona and a comfort with his presence outside the ring in addition to in the ring. He commands a confidence and arrogance that play perfectly into his matches and allow his opponent to shine when they manage to get lucky in offense against him. For me, he is one of the must see acts in all of wrestling right now."
[8.0] "Lashley don't deserve this low rating, I get it he was pushed really hard back in the day and he wasn't really good in all of pro wrestling aspects, but now he has improved a lot, especially his mic skills, he plays the badass monster heel really well today, and yes he can wrestle."
[9.0] "Bobby Lashley is TNA's top guy right now, and for good reason, too. This guy is awesome in the ring; he's got both technical and brawling ability, plus he's crazy strong! His mic skills are great too, his heel promos have been pure gold. A lot of people compare him to Brock Lesnar, but I think he's better since his mic skills are way better than Lesnar's. Plus how can you forget that awesome moment at Wrestlemania 23 when he helped Donald Trump shave Vince McMahon's head?"
[10.0] "Lashley is just a straight up beast. While his run in TNA has been great, in 2016, he becam a dominant monster, and the best booked champion in pro wrestling today. His matches have been consistently entertaining, with Lashley straight up destroying competition, in a series of great matches against wrestlers from different eras in TNA history. Add to that Lashley's promos and the fact that he doesn't give a crap about anyone, and you have one of the most etertaining champ in TNAM"
[9.0] "Seriously a 5. 85(at the time of this writing)! ? ! ? ! Are yall on some f*cking hardcore drugs or something? Yes I will admit his early career wasn't all too great, but I wonder how many of these rating are genuine where they saw him live. He is a spectacle. His spear is probably one of my favorite of all time(tied with goldberg. Goldberg seems like he just wants to kill his opponent), he makes it look safe for both himself and his opponent taking, while at the same time looking like he destroyed the receiver, pun intended, even if it is a contradiction. TV doesn't do him justice, seeing him live you get a real sense of how jacked and big he really is. Hell I'm 6 feet 210 lbs in athletic shape and this monster makes me feel like a tiny mouse, not even a rat, a tiny little mouse. He is a world champ I can legitimately believe in, even if he doesn't have the best promo skills or charisma. His work does wonders for him. I am only giving a 9 because I feel his rating is too low, my real rating would be a 7. 5-8 because of his speaking skills, but I still believe he is, and I hate saying this since I feel it demeans lashley, the Brock Lesnar of TNA. All he needs is a mouth piece and then I would never believe anyone could defeat him. He is the sh*t. The End"
[9.0] "One of my favorite powerhouses of the post 2000 era in the biz. Great monster heel and has the cocky attitude to go with it. Maybe some issues with mic skills and charisma but generally puts on a good to great show in the ring, love his spear move by the way. Wish his reigns as TNA world champ had been a little longer, especially the second one, but hopefully this third reign will last more than 100 days. Still good to see win a world title and do it more than once which was enjoyable for me to watch."
[8.0] "Lashley is definitely a beast of a powerhouse in the ring, makes a great cocky monster heel. Mic skills have improved but still need work and so does his charisma and personality but ring skills hold more weight with me when I give ratings. His look is very imposing and has a great spear as well, matches are usually fun to watch. Kind of rare for a "brother" to get a run as a world champ in any promotion much less 3 so good for him. Hopefully his current world title reign will last longer than the first 2 reigns."
[9.0] "TNA have a better Brock Lesnar than Brock Lesnar. Lashley is everything a cocky monster heel should be. His mic skills have greatly improved and he knows not to overdo it with the talking. Incredible cardio for such a beastly build, by all accounts a safe worker, and one of the better spears in the industry."
[6.0] "Bobby Lashley is sub-par at best. He has little to no personality, and it's almost like they try and make him the Brock Lesnar of TNA. He needs his own personality to be labeled as 'great. '"
[9.0] "Bobby Lashley is the gives no damns champion that excels in this role, he has great matches and great character work. Lashley is just a big bundle of talent."
[8.0] "His WWE run was underwhelming. No one can deny he has a great look and he brings a huge amount of athleticism. Since his WWE run he's improved everything about himself. He can cut a decent promo now, he has charisma, and his matches are good. He's really run with his unstoppable beast persona and I love watching his matches now."
[7.0] "I think the rating Bobby has is too low. I think Bobby is a below-average powerhouse with a very imposing look. His only downfall is his lack of charisma. Bobby should have been pushed more in the WWE i think he could have had good feuds with guys like Cena, Cm Punk etc."
[6.0] "Bobby Lashley is a solid performer in the ring, but as others have mentioned, he has ZERO personality, charisma, or mic skills. Then again that means he fits in perfectly in TNA."
[9.0] "It's unfortunate for Lashley that, through no fault of his own, fans have drawn comparisons from him to Brock Lesnar for his whole career. Lashley is not quite that good, but he is an extremely good talent on his own, especially in recent years. He was much better than advertised during much of his WWE run, which was hard to see since he was pushed a little too soon and at the expense of guys like CM Punk, but his work holds up fairly well when you go back. He fully bloomed late but his most recent TNA run has produced a lot of good material, particularly during his 2014 championship reign. Lashley is a guy who I think will be evaluated better as time passes, with better timing he could have been even bigger than he was."
[9.0] "I honestly love Lashley. His only weakness is the mic and he's gotten better at keeping it short and sweet. His wwe run was underwhelming but he has been booked perfectly in TNA. He's the Lesnar of TNA but he's not a rip off bc he was in TNA before Lesnar returned. He's been built as an ultimate superstar and he is. He has an amazing physique and is very athletic. He has a great technical arsenal and can put on great matches. He's the type you want as the face of a company and so TNA did one thing right in getting him"
[8.0] "Still boggles my mind how WWE did nothing with this guy, he seems the perfect guy by Vince's standards, you could've easily put him with someone like Heyman and had a beast to rival that of Brock. He lacks charisma or any mic skills and his ring work does need a little work but Lashley is still great and crazy agile for his size"
[7.0] "From his run in WWE and his first shot in TNA, Lashley seemed like a can't-miss prospect who just hadn't reached his full potential. His latest run with TNA has shown that he can indeed be a main event-level talent. He's improved markedly in the ring and is always impressive with his explosive power and surprising agility for a wrestler of his physique. His success in MMA adds credibility to his work in wrestling as well as an opportunity for crossover marketing. His charisma is still his weak point, but works when either placed in a role where his power can do the talking, or with a mouthpiece. Had a great first two runs with the TNA Heavyweight Title and I'm sure those won't be the last."
[10.0] "Unfortunately I don't think Bobby Lashley gets too much praise for how good of an in-ring performer I feel he truly is. Ever since I first saw him debut in WWE back in 2005 at least, he's always been a big dude and he's always been jacked to high heaven, but he has always been so unbelievably athletic and agile too and that combined with his awesome power is scary! When he came back to TNA 3 months ago, it was the first time I had watched him in 4 years and I couldn't have possibly imagined that he would come back and physically look better than ever but it looked to me like he has and after watching him perform in the ring a couple times since he returned made me think, "Man I have missed watching Bobby Lashley in the ring for the past few years! ""
[9.0] "I'm surprised he's rated so low on here. I mean, sure, he didn't have much in the way of charisma, but he's an excellent pure wrestler, especially for a man of his size."
Trotzdem will ich ihn dauerhaft in keiner Promotion sehen."
[3.0] "Boooooring!
Zudem limitiertes Arsenal an Moves.
Leider."
Mic - Work ist grauenhaft."
Naja mal schauen was die Zeit bringt..."

Note Vier."
