[2.0] "I have no qualms with DJ Hyde the promoter, I think he does a decent job and CZW still hasn't died so that has to count for something. DJ Hyde the wrestler is not good. Like, at all. TOD 4 ultraviolent student rumble shows every reason why "The Mastodon" (? ) DJ Hyde is just a bad wrestler. I know he's a student in that match, but I don't think he got much better. Does nothing interesting and takes pretty much nothing (in a DEATHMATCH RUMBLE! ) and then gets eliminated. I don't find myself enjoying anything he does, which is unfortunate because he seems like a decent guy who definitely has a passion for the business (check out the vice mini documentary on TOD)"

"Obviously a great heel if it's real hate or not is up to you ha ha. Just looking at hyde you dislike him so he gets more than a zero for that alone I suppose"

[6.0] "My Rating 5.9 DJ Hyde has done impressive job continuing the legacy of CZW. His company has a nice mix of athletic high flying talent and death match wrestling. The main thing I remember from Hyde's wrestling matches was his incredible skill to sell."

[1.0] "Say whatever you want about his value as a promoter or character, but rating him only as an in-ring wrestler, he was pretty horrendous. Watching him is just tedious. I get the temptation to book yourself in matches, but it is one he should have resisted."

[10.0] "The hate on DJ Hyde is unfair. He is a great promoter who is taking CZW to the next level. His in-ring prowess is declining bit by bit thanks to his age, but he is still putting on fun matches at Dojo Wars as well as occasional matches at SMASH x CZW shows. As a trainer, he is incredible as he turned the CZW into star factory. For me, he is criminally underrated and hated purely out of his "reputation. ""

[4.0] "I go to CZW all the time, and whenever DJ Hyde is talking or wrestling, I get extremely bored. He is an amazing promoter/booker.. But I am not too into his wrestling ability. We all know he has talent, but he is really slow in the ring. He has the striking down. But when do we find DJ Hyde doing something so amazing from the top rope, or something we have never seen before, besides trying to be a laughing matter?"

[1.0] "As a promoter, DJ Hyde is great. CZW is awesome and his shows are fantastic. As a wrestler? I wish he'd never step into a ring again. He's slow, awkward, and basically can't wrestle. He should stick to promoting, because watching him in a match is downright painful. I hope to never have to suffer through that again, but I probably won't be so lucky. If nothing else, he'll book himself because his inflated ego tells him people want to see that. (I wish he'd stop listening to that little voice in his head. )"
