The most impressive thing about him is how he manages to put on good performances while wearing what looks like the most uncomfortable, breath-constricting, heat stroke inducing costume you could possibly design."

Has put on consistently good matches overall. He's been working in NJPW since 2019 and I still see some potential in him when he returns from injury!"

You can see that he cares for every match even when he isn't going to look that strong. Those are the type of "guys" that deserves title reigns. The "guys" that do what's actually best for business. We need more wrestlers like that."

I think he goes to show just how successful someone can be if booked correctly, as whilst he's not as crisp as an Ishimori or as charismatic as an Hiromu, he's still being projected as a super-likeable underdog perfectly. Hopefully, DOUKI will continue to be portrayed as a junior-ace, as NJPW already seem to be acquainting him to a Jushin Thunder Liger, and I think that comparison is completely fair. Obviously, I fucking love DOUKI, and the future looks bright for him, I just hope he continues to be given opportunities to shine."

Douki has always worked his ass off for the top spot at the Jr division and after defeating Hiromu twice, Despe and Ishimori all in one year, I feel that that Douki has cemented his legacy in New Japan. Suzuki-Gun has taught him well."

When I first watched NJPW, I loved him, and now he has gone from strength to strength. Douki should be Jr heavyweight champion in the near future. His future is looking up after beating Hiromu. Gedo if your reading this book DOUKI to win BOSJ or I will riot (silently in my house)."

[10.0] "I know people may get mad at me just for saying this, but I honestly think DOUKI is the modern-day Hayabusa. The mask helps, sure, but both brought a Japanese-Lucha style to their promotions and both have a good depth of unique moves that you won't see often (or wouldn't at the time), as well as both being crazy and doing moves that are an absolute risk to their health. DOUKI is genuinely one of the best juniors in wrestling right now and is stupidly fun to watch in the ring, second only to Ospreay. If DOUKI was taller and a heavyweight I honestly think he'd be in the conversation as one of the best in the world. I fucking love DOUKI."

[7.0] "Douki is extremely fun to watch, and is one of the most slept-on guys in NJPW. When the bell rings, this guy can put on a SHOW, and his character fits decently well. I'd say he was overshadowed by El Desperado when he was in Suzuki-Gun, but now that he's in Just Four Guys, he has the ability to become the junior heavyweight star of the group, and maybe win the IWGP Junior Tag Titles with Yoshinobu Kanemaru."

But he's actually turned out really good. He can wrestle a few styles and he's fairly smooth too. Younger than I thought too so there maybe more to come."

[6.0] "Love Douki! Another one of my favourite wrestlers besides Master Wato. Always got my eyes glued to his matches. Love his ring attire and he's a great high flyer. It looks like there's lots of energy and power behind his blows. Really believable bumps and the way he sells I feel is unlike no other. I have seen him make a few mistakes however, some of which looked pretty dangerous. I thought this was surprising for someone with his in-ring experience, so I think he should continue wrestling and training carefully."

Months passed by, DOUKI grew on me bit by bit until his NEVER Openweight 6 Man match with Taichi and Zack against CHAOS made me absorb him completely to understand the greatness of a luchador that he is, practically stopped being the hated lone bandido of Suzuki Gun to become everyone's young lovable yet dirty little brother and nephew. Can't wait for him to became champion there someday."

[9.0] "DOUKI is great. From his aesthetic to the way he moves, he's building his story day after day in Japan and it's extremely interesting to follow him. The moment he got called to step up, he kept on surprising me. He's a delight, good in-ring, a bit shy in post match but makes up for it with the extremely convincing anger he portrays. He's always enthusiastic, makes great duos either with Taichi or Desperado, he fits perfectly in Suzuki-gun, I can't wait to see more of him."

ElPolloLoco wrote on 16.09.2019:

I confess liking him more than most other members of Suzuki-gun, perhaps because he is still hungry and still puts efforts into what he does instead of relying on doing the absolute bare minimum."
Malay Boy wrote on 20.06.2019:
