His charisma always feel super natural, good in ring terms and a complete beast when they manage to put a microphone close to him. He knows that his best jobs are made when he is a sidekick, and he freaking delivers when it is necessary."

[7.0] "I don't know, he's been searching for his own gimmick or identity for years, but I don't think he's ever found it. In AEW, he can easily have a spot on the roster in the low-to-mid card, but nothing more. After the injury, he came back with a serious character, but I think it works even less than the previous one, which at least was somewhat funny. He's a stable wrestler, but never the leader of the stable always just above a jobber, unfortunately too generic and lacking strong crowd appeal. That said, he must be acknowledged as a great worker, no doubt about it, and I repeat, he fits perfectly fine in AEW's roster without big title ambitions."

You remember me? " geniunely the coolest guy on the planet, Juice can do no wrong in my eyes"

The dog peeing on his opponent is a bit far, but other than that he's on the same level of comedy as Orange Cassidy, Hook, and R Truth to me. Bullet Club Gold seriously lacked without him."

But Juice Robinson is just bang average. Will give him a lot of credit for leaving WWE and actually doing something better and wrestling for NJPW. But he's never a main event wrestler, doesn't have the ability nor aura to be such a high level talent. Perfectly find being a midcard guy."

[9.0] "When I originally heard that AEW had signed Juice Robinson to a deal I rolled my eyes as I've never been a big fan of the Juice from his run in NJPW, always felt he was just an okay solid lowercard hand, someone I would have been fine to see on ROH on occassion, but in 2023 he has been on one of the greatest runs of all time, he has almost outshined and outdone the main act of BCG in Jay White with his in-ring work, his promos, his everything, it just goes to show you if you give a guy the ball that's got solid fundamentals he will absolutely run away with it, and 2023 has been a fantastic year for Juice, and he's proven to be very worthy of an AEW contract."
SoaKas wrote on 18.11.2023:
[6.0] "Man, I really liked his flamboyant character in New Japan but his Bullet Club Gold run in AEW just doesn't really do it for me. Matchwise, you can't compare this Juice to the guy that had bangers with Naito, Shingo and Moxley. Also his current character is a little bit too over the top for me and I find myself cringing sometimes because of that. Juice is definitely talented enough to be a star but not in this current character/environment."
Vanstyler wrote on 26.09.2023:

"ROCK HARD! juice is so incredibly charismatic and so funny a promo, he is above average in the Ring. I love his work with Jay white and the ftr match. It was a little too long, but it was still great. I hope he wins something soon, just for the promos."
texasyosh wrote on 23.08.2023:
[8.0] "He's... great! ? I had always thought Juice was a pretty decent wrestler, and that a change to American television would benefit him, but god damn, the new BC group has elevated him to the next level. We only got "Rock Hard" in NJPW for just a little bit, and by that time, BC already had felt a bit stale. Robinson sort of got the short end of the gaijin stick in his time throughout the 2010s in NJPW, despite having career performances against Jay. Jobbing to Cody and Moxley hurt his cred a little bit, and the pandemic outright killed any of the remaining interest I had with him. There wasn't a question regarding Juice being a good worker, but now, perhaps not working 30 min heatless NJPW clap crowd matches, we can really see his strengths."
benh2 wrote on 27.07.2023:
[7.0] "Juice showed glimpses, usually in G1s, that he might take that leap to the next level. He has great babyface fire and the fans would get behind him but he never really put it together because he could only work that one particular type of match, so it kind of petered out for him in Japan. Finally his signing with AEW bore fruit with the advent of Collision and working heel. Maybe he will realise his potential after all."
GoldenIcebox wrote on 16.07.2023:
[8.0] "A wrestler whose career has had turns and twists more aggressive and steeper than the roller coasters I have seen in my lifetime, he is a shining example of what a wrestler that borders seven and eight on a scale of 1 to 10 would look like. On his best days, when given a chance, he can bust out a truly amazing matches(Like BCG vs. FTR yesterday), but on most days, hes a 6, mostly held up by how well he taps in to his persona of being rock hard, to the point where it is legitimately annoying how well he pulls it off."

Suddenly his gimmick was not holding him down and he started having good matches. This gimmick had the charisma his character was missing in NXT. His Bullet Club turn was a shocker and not sure it was right for his character. AEW has been a little bit of a bust but still can be turned around."
WrestlingStuff wrote on 22.05.2023:
[5.0] "Could rate Juice anywhere higher than what I'm rating, but I just can't. As The Flamboyant, he was athletic, charismatic and original with his stuff, doing banger matches with guys like Naito, Jay, Moxley and Goto, also his value in big tournaments such as G1 increased and he has always managed to have his own spotlight (even before FinJuice). As Rock Hard, on paper, it was supposed his Flamboyant persona as as heel, but turned out to be obnoxious and cringe as hell, as if he tried to rip off overhyped stuff on the internet and mix it with everything he had originally. Managed to make a poor G1 performance and record recently, to the point he didn't even came back to Japan, and also managed to let Finlay surpass him in everything he ever tried to accomplish. Waste, waste, waste!"

I thought FinJuice was a fun team and I loved his matches with the likes of Moxley, White, and Naito. But then Juice turned heel and somehow lost all of his charisma and a good amount of his in-ring ability. I'm not sure what happened to cause that dip but I hope he ditches the Bullet Club crap soon and returns to his old gimmick."

UltraNano54 wrote on 10.12.2022:

I do feel he has improved since turning heel because he does his style of "weird" less which is good so my opinion of him has raised from a 1 to a 2."
coppercowries wrote on 01.10.2022:

His promo work is grating and unfocused. He's a competent to good wrestler, but nothing exceptional in any one area."
BradJohnson34 wrote on 28.09.2022:
[2.0] "Juice is technically sound but I find that he brings very little to the table in terms of athleticism, agility, innovation, or story-telling. What really sets him apart, though, are his promos and character work which are even more subjective than in-ring work but to me have always seemed repulsively obnoxious; he seems to think of "charisma" only in terms of the volume at which he speaks and the number of wacky do-dads he can find at the dollar store before each new program."

His microphone spots have gone from mostly annoying and underwhelming to moderately satisfying, but with more time I feel like Juice will one day be one of the greats."

[8.0] "Juice Robinson has had an interesting career, from a disappointing run as CJ Parker (not that one) in NXT, to wanting to prove himself as a Young Lion in New Japan, becoming one of their most popular gaijin, having several runs with the IWGP United States Championship. He's now in the Bullet Club, and he's ROCK HARD (an easy nickname when you consider who his significant other is). One of the best examples of betting on yourself when the WWE run doesn't go so well."

In the ring, he may be outclassed in a roster containing so many of the greatest talents this century, but he's still usually great and is particularly good at making others look amazing (something he wasn't praised for enough in his matches with Jon Moxley) which may be one reason he doesn't get pushed as much as he should."

He oozes charisma and uses it to accentuate his otherwise solid in-ring ability. He isn't too hot of an act right now, but I'm hoping he finds a way to break out once again in the future."

Don't see him as a G1 regular neither as title material for New Japan."

[4.0] "Juice hurts because for about six months following the removal of the dreads, he was one of the best talents in NJPW. His G1 following the Moxley Super Juniors match was phenomenal, having utter bangers with Shingo and Ishii, and he looked to be making up for all the mediocrity he'd done years before. Then the pandemic hit and he returned to NJPW as an Italian with the worst hair and design choices possible, before preceding to have one of the three worst runs of the entire tournament and only having one good match against Naito to show for himself. Ever since, he's brought out a garish afro and been mugging to an irritating degree while not improving his skills in the ring. I hope he can refind his form and have someone change his look to something less awful."

He gives himself all in the ring and not a single match of his looks empty. In addition to all this, Robinson is one of the few who practice a high-level no-script promo, which makes it the most valuable addition in the ranks of New Japan. Juice Robinson has everything to become one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. The time will come and he will prove it."

[7.0] "I'd definitely pin down Juice as a guy with massive potential. His WWE work was very lackluster, but he seems to have gotten a massive second wind in Japan, as well as tons of newfound charisma that has made him rather over there. I would say that he is quite hindered by the consistent need to always have him as "underdog trying to win the big one" as that type of story gets quite old after a while. He definitely needs some big wins and a transition away from that constant cycle of being built up and then losing when it matters and being disregarded for other wrestlers. Regardless, he's still got ages to improve his in ring work (which isn't bad, but can be hit or miss sometimes) and get taken more seriously as a contender. The guy has the tools to make it for sure."

[7.0] "Juice has been all over the place for me. I thought he was dorky when he first came into NJPW, then I grew to appreciate him as the constant underdog who fought with all his heart but could never win the big matches, then I soured on him a bit because I felt that he got too comfortable embracing his 'goofy' side, but now his 2019 year has convinced once again of his talent because of what a fantastically sympathetic babyface he's proved himself to be. He still has a few too many cheesy character moments in the ring when trying to show how passionate he is, but he makes up for that with his generally impactful offence, his dedication to putting his body on the line, and his genuinely sympathetic babyface charisma. He definitely knows how to encapsulate the Japanese fighting spirit in his offence and character work. I'd like to see him move to more consistently showing his serious side in his matches, since that's what I think is holding me and other fans back from taking him super seriously."

It's shocking he's only 30 and he can only get better from here"

The eco-warrior was a big miss at first, but as time went on & he started carrying the signs with him, it kind of got enjoyable for me. But Robinson wanted more so he left for Japan & he's certainly all the better for it. Much respect to him for working his way up from the bottom there. Although he's not the best in the ring, his character has come a long way & he's still improving. He's a highlight of many of the NJPW shows he's on & I am genuinely looking forward to his impending rematch against Moxley during the 2019 G1."

He does his best work as the never-say-die underdog who just keeps figuring until the finds a way to win. But as his match with Ishii showed, he has learned how to work a great strong style match too. He really has grown so much as a performer, and should be a NJPW IC Title contender soon."
