Before AAA became another minor league affiliate of WWE, I saw plenty of comments around and in conversations about how stupid his gimmick was and now I can't seem to find too many of those. I didn't see much of him prior to the summer of 2025, but I've been a fan of his performances. He's charismatic and entertaining. I'm never angry when I see him on my TV. He does his job well."

[6.0] "Saw him in WWE at Worlds Collide and wasn't impressed. he seems to just be trying to be the next Danhausen or Orange Cassidy without the charm. He is someone who can probably be a good worker but suffered the "dumbing down" that WWE has done to many stars by giving him a hand puppet. It worked with Santino Marella, but doesn't work with him. He's supposed to be giving fans hope that AAA will be able to thrive in a partnership with WWE, but it seems like another case of WWE saying "No matter how good you are, you have to play by OUR rules." I hope they figure out where to take him, because I'm concerned"
