Formerly known as Raul Mendoza, he transitioned into the Cruz Del Toro persona as part of Legado del Fantasma and LWO, where he's mostly played a supporting role. In-ring, he's smooth, fast, and technically sound, with crisp execution and agility that make him a dependable hand in multi-man matches and tag bouts. His time in NXT showed flashes of his capabilities, especially when given time to wrestle freely. The issue isn't a lack of talent--it's exposure. WWE has largely used Cruz in a complementary role, often overshadowed by the more prominently featured members of Legado/ LWO. As a result, he hasn't had many chances to develop a distinct character or connect deeply with the audience. His promos are rare, and when he does speak, the segments are usually brief or group-focused. Despite that, his ring work is consistently clean, and he fits seamlessly into the fast-paced style WWE often leans on in tag and six-man matches. If given the opportunity to showcase his personality and have longer singles matches, he could elevate himself into a more recognized role.
