1 | 23.03.2023 | TheAmazingMrX | 6.0 | It would be a mistake to judge Lolita solely as an eye-candy. In her first years as a professional wrestler she started as El Ángel and proved to be very talented with good technique in the ring. Upon jumping to AAA she was repackaged to her Lolita persona having the gimmick of a flirtatious wrestler. However, she still had the essence of a good wrestler. She seemed like she would eventually be projected as the face of AAA's women's division. She left the ring in 2014 at the height of her popularity. She was absent for several years due to her maternity and she has made comebacks intermittently and still shows skill and popularity among fans. But she is currently in a very competitive environment, besides that she has not had relevant rivalries or achievements. It is likely that if she had not had such a long absence, perhaps she would have Lady Shani's place in AAA. Currently it is very difficult for her to recover the place she once had. She is a clear example of what she could have been. Also another point against her is that she seems to have a hard time separating her professional life from her personal life. |
