The guy thought he was much better than he really was, and has referred to losing matches as putting over "people he didn't want to" - He's out of the business, and since he wasn't getting booked, he fell into depression and got into drug dealing. A shame, really, but he didn't help himself much when he was in pro wrestling. Ric Flair made a huge mistake by going off-script in that Gut Check gimmick."

I will admit that after seeing him on Impact this week, he is a better performer in the ring when he's a heel and I think the ground and pound style and being a smash mouth fighter in the ring is the best style for him and his heel persona. However with that being said, I still think his personality as a character on TV is very decent at best. I do think that he has potential to improve though. I like his look, I like his aggression, and I respect him, where he came from, and the passion and the desire he has to want to be successful in his wrestling career! So there is always room for improvement in his case and I hope he does improve and impress me more and more as time goes on!"
