Cool look, very capable in the ring, solid brawling skills and usually totally smooth but mostly unremarkable and just there to catch a move from Hector Garza . The team with Ciclope/Halloween was solid and should have been allowed more in WCW. As Galaxy he showed he could tear it up as a technico as easily as a classic rudo. Good stuff but he was almost exclusively paired with other luchadores (there was something there with the Halloween team darnit! ). 5.75 rounded up."
