I think she could've accomplish more in NXT... But oh well, I don't like how they turned her into a manager though. Smackdown has a lot of space rn and she can definitely wrestle more than just being a manager all day. But overall, her ring's skill is really good and she's underutilized (personally)"

Overall what i have seen of her is just over acting and over selling in very bad matches and very bad promos. People here sees an inexistent potential, but maybe they are confused and blinded by two big reasons. At least she is fine as a jobber, I guess so, for that, I'm not ranked her that low. I didn't missed her when she wasn't present and surely won't if she gone."
[8.0] "I never understood the main roster call up at all it's such a shame she never got to have a singles title run during her time at nxt she's the perfect candidate for a North American title run she's very talented and yet has spent little time in the ring."

Apparently the business secretary gimmick without an authority role can only get you so far. And what was with that segment where she and Adam Pearce went out for drinks? Were they trying to run a scandal storyline and then forgot about it? Overall weird main roster career for Kiana James."
[8.0] "Kiana James has the potential to be a standout superstar in WWE. However, I think they brought her up from NXT to the main roster a little too early. Still, as long as she works out the kinks with her in-ring skills, she could play an integral part in the future of the Women's Division."
[6.0] "She's good in the ring but i don't think she was ready to go to the main roster.. And her booking seems to agree with me. That being said, i don't see why she's not going to succeed, i just feel like she needed to stay a few more months in NXT and it was weird, i would not be surprised if she was supposed to win the North American Women's championship."
[10.0] "Lol, I see people here saying shes greener than grass, and then comparing her to Eve Torres. Basically, its clear they dont know anything about Kiana except her look. She had reached a really interesting level in NXT. On Raw, in just two minutes of a match, she was able to be relevant. Unfortunately, on Raw, aside from Rhea, Liv, and Sonya's crew, lol. She would probably have fared better on SmackDown, but I'm not worried about it either."
[5.0] "Greener than grass but diva stans will convince you that shes going to be one of the greatest womens wrestlers of all time. Shes alright in the ring, I still think shed be better in a managers role. I could see her being like a mini Eve Torres but she just doesnt interest me at all."
[8.0] "She is pretty good since her days in NXT. For someone with only two years of wrestling experience, she is a very good performer in the ring. Nice in-ring skills, nice look, plays her character pretty well, and her mic skills, for the little I heard on NXT, are pretty average, not the greatest, but not that bad. Maybe just a finisher change may help her a bit more, but overall she is a fine wrestler."
[7.0] "Kiana James is the complete package. Her evolution in and out of the ring has been absolutely impressive and she has truly made the most of her short time in NXT. She excels in the subtler aspects of character work and storytelling, and has grown exponentially in confidence as an NXT mainstay. So happy that she's been called up to the main roster, and hope that she continues to get opportunities to shake up the women's division."

[10.0] "It's a solid ten for me with Kiana James. Ever since she first appeared in NXT I loved her character. Her many degrees and her office gimmick was a good part of the division at the time. However, since then she's been on a rough patch but is finding her way again. I may take a trip down her matches to see what her best ones are but her overall is just chef's kiss."

[7.0] "After that iron survivor challenge, her popularity should increase as she was one of the best workers of the match alongside Rox. Her moveset is flashy, her mic-skills are already quite good, knows how to work with a gimmick, and she has... about 1 year of experience? You gotta be kidding me! Kiana is insanely talented and has all the tools to be a superstar in WWE. She's one of my favorites from NXT, and I'm excited to see how she'll keep improving week after week."

[7.0] "I think Kiana James has a lot of potential. For her experience level she is not bad in the ring at all, she has a basic grasp of the fundamentals and adds character to her matches. Her character and personality are her strong points for sure, she's a good talker and while her gimmick may be goofy, she is fully committed to it and pulls it off, making her entertaining and a positive influence on my enjoyment of a rebranded NXT that has often times been a tough watch. It would be remiss of me if I didn't give a special mention to her totally over the top, ridiculous walk to the ring that she does, I love it."
"She is quietly becoming a competent rookie in NXT. I imagine some of that early training at Flatbacks Wrestling School (operated by Tyler Breeze and Shawn Spears) gave her a decent foundation. Still a way to go but she's progressing fine. Getting a grasp of the basics and learning psychology. Also they've worked out a gimmick for her that isn't completely goofy and cringe-tastic like a lot of characters in 2.0. She portrays works a buttoned-up business executive, reminiscent of WCW's Alexandra York which I can accept. Kiana seems to be making an effort with it. Time will tell how far she will go, but not a bad start in wrestling since her first known match on AEW Dark in September 2021."
[7.0] "Kiana James as she is now known, has an absolute world of potential. She isn't amazing in the ring yet, but she is improving rapidly and has a good grasp on the basics. Her character work gas also improved, as seen in her vignettes and backstage promo work. She could be a great heel on RAW or SmackDown some day. She is one to watch for sure."
