She has improved leaps and bounds since her departure from WWE and she's honestly improving every single time she appears on TNA and i can't wait to see what else is in store for her. I think her current pairing with Xia Brookside is quite random and doesn't seem to be doing a whole lot for her but other than that I think she has really come into her own"

[8.0] "Her match with Masha at Against All Odds 2025 was a damn barnburner. She routinely moves around the ring with an excellent mixture of fluidity, grace & purpose. I can't remember a time I've seen her on TNA as of late & been disappointed in any way. It's fantastic that TNA has gotten behind her & pushed her to the moon."

[8.0] "She absolutely deserved to be the TNA Knockout Champion. I honestly love her strikes and her moveset. She is really underrated too. She's definitely one of the good knockouts in the knockout division. Back then in WWE, she wasn't really someone special and no one bothered to care about her at all. But the difference between her past and present is noticeable. Although, I think TNA should stop pairing her with Xia Brookside and let her have more singles matches."

[5.0] "I mean nothing about her really stands out but she isn't bad... She can have solid matches at times but nothing special from what I have seen."

[7.0] "Her current score of 5.82 at the time of comment way undersells her I think. She's improved significantly since her time in WWE and has been rewarded with her first title."

[8.0] "I'm a fan of Lei Ying Lee (or Xia Li, as she was previously known as) - had a lot of promise and a lot of talent but just never seemed to get that right push, and it's a shame because she was a good member of the women's roster, that being said TNA may be the perfect place for her to get her start up"

[4.0] "Nothing to write home about. Boring for the most part. She wasnt involved in much at WWE and spent most her career at catering. She's not doing much at TNA too... Let her go and sign someone else."

[6.0] "After leaving WWE, she has improved sooooo much. Her run in TNA isn't bad at all. Her gimmick is so natural as well, it helps her a lot."

[6.0] "I can confirm that she improved since she leave WWE. But her problem is still clear: She can't make significant offense other than her "Kick". But she is not bad. Even if she return to china she could make good or fine match with most Chinese male wrestlers. I still hope she would improve herself outside of China even though it is hard for her to step into WWE/AEW type of promotion"

[4.0] "Xia Li, in my opinion, was a missed opportunity for WWE. They still have time to make her into a credible challenger for anyone, but we all know they won't. She's decent in the ring from the few matches I've seen and I think her hard-hitting moves are something that the company has been lacking. Her little moment with Becky and the NXT Women's title had me interested, but then Becky lost the title and Xia was gone again. I think the only interesting thing that's happened for Xia so far was the Tian Sha group in NXT, but that didn't last long either. She's just kind of there at the moment, used for an occasional Main Event match or Battle Royal, I wish they would do something with her instead of just having her be another unimportant member of the roster."

[2.0] "I personally think she will never shine as a wrestler, first she was a generic chinese wrestler with a martial arts background and stuff from 2017 2019, nothing else. Later, 2020 and early-mid 2021, she aligned with Boa and Wendy Choo to create Tian Sha, which was kind of interesting if instead it was turned into some kind of creepy stable in which Mei Ying controlled them both Idk, yet the idea was scrapped and I think she injured herself or something. At the last months of 2021 she debuted in the main roster as a face with some kind of Mortal Kombat character-anime gimmick that didn't work or connected with the crowd. Then, in 2022 and early 2023, she was a jobber who constantly changed from face to heel and heel to face ... and nowadays, she was just "reintroduced" as if she was some kind of danger for the female division of WWE, like how are fans supposed to take on that since she has been a jobber almost in her entire wrestling career by now, and was not on television since a while... Her kicks do not even connect to the head of her opponents to be taken as a peril... And charisma and mic, 0 zero; maybe wrestling was not meant for her, who knows..."

[5.0] "Before she made her debut in NXT she was one of my favorite prospects and I was expecting to see how she would develop herself with her Kung-Fu background integrated in wrestling and her natural charisma, but she didn't manage to be more than average at best. And when she had a gimmick that could've done wonders for her when the Tian Sha storyline began they opted for killing it and promote her to the main roster with a crappy gimmick until she made her heel turn and became a jobber. I find it so difficult for her to become a relevant name, but she could be so much better than she is right now."

[4.0] "Xia Li was a late start and called up too soon. In the ring she seems fine but does not stand out on a very talented roster. She has not shown much in terms of charisma or mic skills that I have seen. Hoping she can develop a little more into a better character and in ring competitor."

[6.0] "Kudos for Xia to starting up late. She is not awful, but she certainly has room to improve. People keep talking about her potential, but I think what she is now is what she will always be. A decent energetic technical wrestler, but not much else."

[7.0] "I think she's already quite the wrestler if I do say so myself. Needs some refining but honestly has all the tools to be a star."

[5.0] "I have had my eye on Xia ever since she was signed to WWE & she's someone who I have been rooting for & someone I want to see succeed. But I have to admit that she's desperately lacking in many areas. She's a beast when it comes to working out & has some killer strikes; but when it comes time to putting that together for an actual wrestling match, she consistently falls short. She's botched a number of times & her time in the ring has been kept very limited, especially when you consider how long she's been in NXT. Her generic babyface role was uninspired & only recently she has been repackaged to having a heel persona with an over-the-top entrance; which generally lasts longer than her matches. I can't help but to feel like if this gimmick doesn't work for her, WWE might part ways with Xia."

[0.0] "She's the worst. Is it hard to give up money from China? She keeps hurting her opponent, the game is hard to watch, and the gimmick is so lame. NXT needs to give up on her and push better wrestlers."

[6.0] "Xia Li is a very talented yet a very forgettable wrestler. Whenever they announce her name I always think "who? " then when she comes comes out I think "oh yeah, her. ""

[5.0] "Xia is an avrage NXT wrestler, she is great at her quickness and kicks due too her Martial Arts background, i also enjoy how she has developed over her time in NXT, she still has a long way too go."

[6.0] "Xia Li has a huge upside. While she is still a rookie, she's very athletic, and is a strong, unique striker. She looks unique, and is really quick in the ring. I'm not sure if she's ready for the main roster yet, but she stands out a lot and I'm excited to see hopefully more from her"

[2.0] "She doesn't know what she is doing and is only in the company to open up the Chinese market. She cannot communicate with her opponents and her sloppiness is sometimes just plain dangerous. Her matches are fast forward worthy."

[3.0] "Was not impressed, but I seen only one her match and that was the royal rumble but I am not really thinking of her highly"

[8.0] "Originally, Xia wasn't under my radar, but I was really impressed by her at Royal Rumble, and her first NXT match against Mia Yim was very good. She is a future star."

[6.0] "She has a cool entrance. All she did though was KICK in that one match and that's all she seems to know how to do is KICK because she has only had one match and knows no wrestling skill. Maybe she'll be more substance than style some day."

[7.0] "Excellent presence and awesome kicks. Her style reminds me a lot of the old school kickboxers who used their legs as weapons instead of utensils for walking. XD She needs some work, but I really feel like she could be something special down the road. She's only had one match but it's the start of a beautiful thing in the future."
