[3.0] "Tough Tom is marginally worse than Mean Mike as a ringname IMO. Part of a jobber tag team that helped WCW wrestlers get over, or at least attempted to. They weren't terrible and as far as I know never injured anyone, but they never seemed too confident in themselves when in the ring."
