[7.0] "Not a bad wrestler especially for his size. Great high flyer. He was most memorable in Stampede and Puerto Rico. More of a tag team specialists were he won many titles with numerous partners. Wish he won a title in his singles. The original Cuban Assassin not Fidel Sierra. He was a wild man in that ring."

"The Cuban Assassin was such a great character. He was usually in one of the first matches on the program in the early and mid 80s He brought comedic flair. He was fun to watch, and always cheated. Such a great heel, but in a way he transcended to the viewer as a guy you sort of loved, despite his tactics. He was entertaining. If I recall his English (maybe purposefully) was not great but he would rant and rave about things to Ed Whalen/Jim Davies in a heel manner, that was quite fun to watch. The Cuban Assassin was a staple on the show. A sure thing to show up and work his butt off. He also could bring the house down with laughter at how he sold his opponents offense. A gem."
