[8.0] "A lone powerhouse in a house full of high-flyers, i.e. a recipe for success. I kinda winced when he dropped the mask, because I loved the Cyber Kong gimmick a lot, but he remained an interesting wrestler to watch. A little older now, but a legitimate Dragon Gate icon no matter what."

[7.0] "While his best days are behind him, he's been a mainstay in Dragon Gate for a number of years. Often the heater of the heel factions he was the muscled Cyber Kong and is now part of the DG unit in prelim matches. Played his part in a number of factions and now helping to bleed in the new talent as one of the veterans."

[9.0] "Really underrated power guy in the Dragon Gate scene, I love his old Cyber Kong gimmick and look and he has always impressed me a lot."

[6.0] "Relative to his ratings here, Kong/Yoshida is pretty unfairly underrated. He's obviously no star, but he can definitely be an exciting performer when the moment calls for it. He's been a great monster powerhouse throughout his time in DG, always playing that role extremely well in multi-man tag matches when he's been able to completely demolish DG's top stars with his massive power moves and strikes. He's a greatly imposing heel for the babyfaces to bump for, sell for, and respond to with intense and fiery comebacks that rally the crowds behind them. His large size and strength advantages allow him to stand out among the smaller, skinnier, and faster members of the DG roster, but he's also skilled enough to still work the trademark break-neck DG pace without looking out of place despite his distinct attributes. He's taken on some different roles since he got kicked out of R.E.D, mostly as a comedy wrestler and/or an endearing babyface, and I think that also manages to suit him because audiences find it charming to see this once monster heel now ostracised from the top heels and instead teaming with the top babyface stars or the younger babyfaces. If you don't go expecting Yoshida to be Mochizuki or Yoshino then you should be able to appreciate the important role he plays and the unique style he brings."

[2.0] "Has had some decent twin and triangle gate matches but typically drags every match he's in down with him. This includes some disastrous Dream Gate and main event matches. After being ousted from R. E. D. there was hope that he would be out of the Twin and Triangle gate scene but nope, immediately wins Twin Gate and drags Mochizuki down with him."

[4.0] "Yoshida has always showed not horrible, but not too good matches to become one of the 'solidest' workers of Gate. Despite that he is still feels better in tag and trios matches, where another participants cover his lacks - maybe this is his career peak."

[2.0] "Takashi Yoshida is a really poor worker. He can't seem to fly, his brawling is weak and limited, and he's about 30lbs too heavy."

[5.0] "Dragon Gate resident monster, has been in some god awful single matches though the years but he's usually decent in multi man tags where he can hit some power moves and then tag out for someone who is a better technical worker than him(and with better cardio). He's usually a lower midcarder so he doesnt have to stink up the main event scene with his presence."
