[6.0] "Simon Diamond was pretty talent and very underutilized during his time in ECW. He had a good team with Johnny Swinger as Maximum Impact. Haven't seen much of his work outside ECW."

[6.0] "Diamond was a talented inidie wrestler who could have a crowd in the palm of his hands. He had an uneventful career in the WWF but was one of the great things about ECW in 2000 as Simon & Swinger. After ECW folded in 2001, he returned to the indies before popping up in TNA in 2003 with Swinger and winning the NWA World Tag Team Championships. They had a great feud with AMW and he became Pat Kenney, one of the lesser good parts of his career. After retiring as a wrestler, he worked for TNA as an occasional on-screen character and im happy hes working for the NWA now."

[6.0] "Diamond was perfectly fine as a heel that could draw heat and have solid matches with his technical style, but he was never going to set the world on fire."

[7.0] "Not sure why Simon Diamond's rated so low here. He wasn't ever going to be a top level guy, but he had good charisma and solid promo skills. Good mid-carder in ECW. Often used poorly in TNA, but that's not his fault."

[8.0] "I always thought Simon Diamond could have been a major player had an opportunity arisen; things just never panned out that way for whatever reason. Very charismatic and had a good talent for drawing heel heat on the mic. Was also a good technical wrestler with a good look. Found his greatest success as a tag team wrestler with Johnny Swinger, but had he had a decent push as a single, who knows what might have been. In his later career he became an effective heel manager and now works as a road agent for TNA, where he can occasionally be spotted on-camera as a supporting character for backstage segments."
